Claims (5)
- 상호 이격되어 절연 기판 상부에 형성된 한 쌍의 하부 전극패드들과;상기 하부 전극패드들과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 절연기판 상부에 형성된 히터 겸용 하부전극과;상기 하부전극 상부에 형성된 다공성 산화물 감습막과;상기 다공성 산화물 감습막 상부에 형성된 다공성 상부전극과;상기 다공성 상부전극과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 절연성 기판 상부에 형성된 상부전극패드로 구성된 박막형 습도센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히터 겸용 하부전극은 도전성 산화물로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막형 습도센서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 히터 겸용 하부전극은 균일하게 가열할 수 있도록, '평판(Plane)' 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막형 습도센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공성 산화물 감습막은,실리카(SiO2) 또는 금속 산화물계의 세라믹 재료 중 선택된 어느 하나로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막형 습도센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공성 상부전극은,금속 또는 도전성 산화물로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막형 습도센서.
