Description
Claims (20)
- 플랫폼과,플랫폼의 제1 단부로부터 제2 단부까지 길이를 따라 연장하고, 선단부와 후단부 및 가압 측면과 흡입 측면을 가지며, 냉각 경로 네트워크를 갖는 에어포일을 포함하며,상기 냉각 경로 네트워크는 후단 경로와, 후단 경로로부터 후단부를 향하여 연장하고 에어포일의 가압 및 흡입 측벽부를 국부적으로 분리시키며 대향하는 제1 및 제2 슬롯 표면을 갖는 슬롯과, 가압 측벽부와 흡입 측벽부 사이의 슬롯을 연결하는 복수의 개별 포스트를 포함하는 터빈 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스트는 슬롯을 따라 0.25 ㎝(0.10 인치) 이하의 치수를 갖는 터빈 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 단부는 자유 팁인 터빈 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 포스트는 포스트의 선단 그룹과, 선단 그룹을 따르고 선단 그룹의 한정 인자보다 더 큰 한정 인자를 갖는 포스트의 제1 계량 열과, 제1 계량 열을 따르고 선단 그룹의 한정 인자보다 더 큰 한정 인자를 갖는 포스트의 제2 계량 열과, 제1 및 제2 계량 열의 한정 인자 미만의 한정 인자를 갖는 제1계량 열과 제2 계량 열 사이의 적어도 하나의 개재 그룹을 포함하는 터빈 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 포스트는 슬롯의 출구 이전에 이격된 포스트의 후단 어레이를 포함하는 터빈 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블레이드는 본질적으로 니켈 합금으로 구성된 터빈 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에어포일의 정밀 후단부는 슬롯의 출구를 따라 하강하는 터빈 요소.

- 플랫폼과, 플랫폼의 제1 단부로부터 제2 단부까지 길이를 따라 연장하고, 선단부와 후단부 및 가압 측면과 흡입 측면을 가지며, 냉각 경로 네트워크를 갖는 에어포일을 포함하며,상기 냉각 경로 네트워크는 후단 경로와, 후단 경로로부터 후단부를 향하여 연장하고 에어포일의 가압 및 흡입 측벽을 국부적으로 분리시키며 대향하는 제1 및제2 슬롯 표면을 갖는 슬롯과, 제1 영역에 걸쳐 일반적으로 점진적으로 후방으로 증가하는 열전달 계수와, 상기 제1 영역 후미의 제1 위치에서의 제1 피크 열전달 계수와, 상기 제1 위치 후미의 제2 위치에서 제1 피크 열전달 계수 미만인 제2 피크 열전달 계수와, 상기 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이의 열전달 계수인 국부적 홈을 제공하기 위한 슬롯 내의 수단을 포함하는 터빈 요소.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 슬롯을 따라 0.25 ㎝(0.10 인치) 이하의 치수를 갖는 복수의 포스트를 포함하는 터빈 요소.
- 터빈 요소 내에 도관 네트워크의 관련 레그를 적어도 부분적으로 한정하는 복수의 부분을 갖는 적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소와,복수개의 부분 중 후단 부분의 후미에서 연장되어 위치된 적어도 하나의 세라믹 요소에 고정되고, 대향하는 제1 및 제2 표면과, 터빈 요소의 에어 포일의 가압 및 흡입 측부 사이에 관련 포스트를 형성하기 위해 제1 표면과 제2 표면 사이에서 연장하는 복수의 개구를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 내화성 금속 시트를 포함하는 터빈 요소-형성 코어 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 복수의 개구는 적어도 하나의 원형 개구 열과, 열 방향으로 실질적으로 길다란 적어도 하나의 길다란 개구 열을 포함하는 코어 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 복수의 개구는 복수의 원형 개구 열과, 열 방향으로 실질적으로 길다란 복수의 길다란 개구 열을 포함하는 코어 조립체.

- 적어도 하나의 세라믹 코어와 개구 형성된 내화성 금속 시트를 조립하는 단계와,내화성 금속 시트와 세라믹 코어 주위에 주형을 형성하는 단계와,용융 합금을 주형으로 도입하는 단계와,블레이드를 초기에 형성하도록 합금이 고화되도록 하는 단계와,주형을 제거하는 단계와,조립된 세라믹 코어와 내화성 금속 시트를 파괴적으로 제거하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 주형은 실질적으로 블레이드 플랫폼과, 플랫폼의 루트로부터 팁으로 길이를 따라 연장하고 가압 및 흡입 측부를 분리하는 선단 및 후단 에지를 갖는 에어 포일을 한정하는 표면을 가지며,상기 조립된 세라믹 코어와 내화성 금속 시트는 에어 포일을 통해 냉각 경로 네트워크를 형성하기 위한 표면을 갖는 터빈 블레이드 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 냉각 경로 네트워크를 더 형성하기 위해 블레이드내에 복수의 구멍을 천공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 내화성 금속 시트를 세라믹 코어와 조립하기 전에 내화성 금속 시트 내에 복수의 구멍을 레이저 천공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
