Description
Claims (10)
- 정극과 부극이 서로 대향하는 전지 소자(battery element)와,상기 전지 소자의 두께 방향 양측으로부터 상기 전지 소자를 끼워 상기 전지 소자를 밀봉하는 2장의 외장 필름으로 구성된 가요성 외장재와,상기 전지 소자의 정극 및 부극에 각각 접속되고 상기 외장재로부터 돌출한 리드 단자를 가지며,상기 외장재에는 상기 전지 소자를 끼우는 한쪽측에 상기 전지 소자를 수납하기 위해 상기 2장의 외장 필름 중의 하나의 내부에 오목부가 마련되고,상기 리드 단자 각각은 상기 전지 소자의 두께 방향에서의 상기 전지 소자의 양 표면의 내의 위치에서 상기 전지 소자와 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전지 소자는 복수의 정극판과 복수의 부극판을 교대로 적층한 적층형 전지 소자이고, 상기 정극판 및 상기 부극판 각각에는 각각 탭이 돌출하여 마련되고, 상기 정극판의 탭 및 상기 부극판의 탭을 각각 일괄하여 접합함으로써 상기 전지 소자에는 상기 정극 및 상기 부극에 각각 대응하여 형성된 집전부가 상기 전지 소자의 두께 방향에서의 양 표면의 내의 위치에 마련되고, 상기 리드 단자는 상기 집전부에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전지 소자의 두께는 3㎜ 이상이고, 상기 집전부는 상기 전지 소자의 두께 방향에서의 양 표면보다도 1㎜ 이상 내측의 위치에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외장재에 형성되는 오목부의 깊이는 상기 리드 단자의 상기 외장재로부터 돌출한 부분에서의 표면부터 상기 전지 소자의 상기 오목부 내에 수납된 측의 표면까지의 높이와 개략 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리드 단자는 상기 외장재의 상기 오목부가 마련되어 있는 측과 반대측을 향하여 크랭크 형상으로 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 리드 단자의 절곡된 선단부는 상기 전지 소자의 두께 방향에 대해 상기 오목부측과 반대측의 표면보다 외측에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 리드 단자의 절곡된 선단부의 상기 오목부측과 반대측의 표면부터 상기 전지 소자의 상기 오목부측과 반대측의 표면까지의 거리가 1㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 리드 단자는 상기 외장재의 상기 오목부가 마련되어 있는 측과 반대측을 향하여 크랭크 형상으로 절곡되어 있고,상기 외장재에는 상기 오목부가 마련되어 있는 측과 상기 전지 요소를 끼운 반대측의 상기 집전부와 대향하는 영역에, 상기 전지 소자의 상기 오목부측과 반대측의 표면부터 상기 집전부까지의 높이와 개략 동등한 볼록부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정극의 리드 단자와 상기 부극의 리드 단자는 상기 전지 소자의 서로 다른 변에서 상기 전지 소자와 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전지 소자는 화학 전지 소자 또는 캐패시터 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전지.
