Claims (6)
- 브레인 표면적 4000 ㎡/g 분말의 칼슘알루미네이트(3CaO 5Al2O3) 40 ∼ 50 중량%, 트리칼슘실리케이트(3CaO SiO2) 30 ∼ 40 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트(4CaO 3Al2O3 SO3)와 칼슘,철,마그네슘실리케이트[(Ca,Fe,Mg)SiO3] 5 ∼ 10 중량% 및 흄드 실리카 5 ∼ 10 중량%로 이루어진 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 0 ∼ 40℃ 온도에서 임펠러의 교반속도가 2000 rpm 이상의 고속에서 혼합하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 조성물.
- 브레인 표면적 4000 ㎡/g 분말의 칼슘알루미네이트(3CaO 5Al2O3) 40 ∼ 50 중량%, 트리칼슘실리케이트(3CaO SiO2) 30 ∼ 40 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트(4CaO 3Al2O3 SO3)와 칼슘,철,마그네슘실리케이트[(Ca,Fe,Mg)SiO3] 5 ∼ 10 중량% 및 흄드 실리카 5 ∼ 10 중량%로 이루어진 본 발명의 시멘트 조성물 100 중량부에 부직포 또는 직경이 10㎛이며 길이가 1 ∼ 2 ㎝되게 절단한 무기질 현무암 섬유 10 ∼ 20 중량부, 감수제 0.01 ∼ 0.1 중량부 및 소포제 0.01 ∼ 0.1 중량부를 첨가하고 혼합하여 슬러리를 만들고 공지의 방법으로 일정한 형틀에 주입하여 양생하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 부직포, 폴리프로필렌 부직포, 나일론 부직포 중에서 선택하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 물과 시멘트의 비가 0.30 ∼ 0.35되도록 물을 첨가하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 0 ∼ 40℃ 온도에서 2000 rpm 이상의 임펠러 교반속도에서 혼합하는 것이 특징인 고강도 및 속경성 시멘트 패널의 제조방법.
