Claims (4)
- 최하부로서 바닥에 지지되는 메인프레임에 해당하는 하부구조물과, 상부측 반송 트랩을 가진하는 리니어모터와, 상기 리니어모터에 의해 가진되어 물질을 반송하는 트랩과, 트랩과 구조물 사이에서 진동을 저감하기 위한 제진시스템을 구비하는 진동기기에 있어서,상기 제진시스템은,상기 하부구조물의 상부 평면상에 설치된 랙과,상기 랙과 맞물려 치합되고 상부측으로는 모터 및 스테이터로 구분되는 리니어모터의 하부측과 결합되어 전체적으로 트랩과 리니어모터를 랙을 따라 회전하면서 지지하기 위해 한 개 이상의 편심축이 형성된 피니언과,상기 피니언을 편심축상으로 리니어모터와 결합시키기 위한 고정브래킷으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동기기의 제진시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스테이터의 무게는 가진부가 되는 모터부의 무게보다 무겁게 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동기기의 제진시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편심축은 하나의 피니언에 위치가 다른 여러개의 편심 구멍을 뚫어 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동기기의 제진시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리니어모터의 가진에 따라 편심바퀴가 되는 피니언이 회전되어 편심축과 바닥면이 최소거리일 때 진동에서 안정한 상태로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동기기의 제진시스템.
