Claims (15)
- 모나틴의 비천연형 입체이성체 염의 결정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모나틴의 (2S,4R)체, (2R,4R)체 및 (2R,4S)체의 염 중의 어느 하나의 결정인 결정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모나틴의 (2R,4R)체 염의 결정인 결정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염이 암모늄염, 나트륨염, 칼륨염, 리튬염, 칼슘염 및 마그네슘염으로부터 선택되는 결정.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 입체이성체 염을 95% 이상의 화학 순도로 갖는 결정.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 94% 이상의 광학 순도를 갖는 결정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모나틴의 (2S,4R)체, (2R,4R)체 및 (2R,4S)체로 이루어진 입체이성체 중에서 선택된 2종 이상의 이성체 혼합물의 염의 결정인 결정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자당의 1000배 이상의 감미 강도를 갖는 결정.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 모나틴의 (2S,4S)체 염과 혼합 상태로 존재하는 결정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전체 모나틴염에 대하여, 모나틴의 (2S,4S)체 염을 70% 이하로 함유하는 결정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 모나틴의 (2S,4S)체 염과 모나틴의 (2R,4R)체 염의 혼합 결정 상태로 존재하는 결정.
- 제11항에 있어서, 모나틴의 (2S,4S)체 염과 모나틴의 (2R,4R)체 염의 비율이 1:1인 결정.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 결정, 감미제용 담체 및/또는 증량제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 감미제.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 결정을 함유하거나, 이를 사용하여 수득됨을 특징으로 하는, 감미가 부여된 음식품 등의 제품.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 당류, 및 기타 인공 감미료 및 천연 감미료 중의 1종 이상을 함유하는, 감미제 또는 음식품 등의 제품.
