Claims (6)
- (A) 아크릴계 수지 100 중량부;(B) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 수산화 관능기를 포함한 하이드록시 알킬 사슬을 분자 구조내에 갖는 기능성 단량체 0.5 내지 3 중량부;[화학식 1](상기 식에서 R1은 CH2CH2또는 CH2CH(CH3)이고; R2은 H 또는 CH3이며; n은 2≤n≤6임)(C) 무기충진제 100 내지 200 중량부; 및(D) 가교제 0.5 내지 5 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석 판재용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 수지(A)는 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 및 2-에틸헥실 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 아크릴계 단량체에 이들의 중합물인 아크릴중합물이 용해되어 있는 수지 시럽으로서, 아크릴 단량체 함량이 65-85 중량%, 아크릴 중합물 함량이 15-35 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석 판재용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 단량체(B)는 하이드록시 에틸 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시 프로필 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 하이드록시 프로필 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석 판재용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기충진제(C)는 평균 입자 크기가 5-80 ㎛인 수산화 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석 판재용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제(D)는 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트, 알릴 메타크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석 판재용 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물을 사용하여 제조된 인조대리석 판재.
