Claims (8)
- 궤도 면을 갖는 회전 링을 형성하는 내부 링 부재;내부 링 부재와 동심상으로 배치되어 내부 링 부재와 대응된 궤도 면을 갖는 고정 링을 형성하는 외부 링 부재;내부 링 부재와 외부 링 부재의 각각의 궤도 면 사이에 개재되는 구름 부재;내부 링 부재와 외부 링 부재 사이의 간극을 밀봉하는 시일 장치; 및내부 링 부재의 회전 상태를 검출하는 회전 검출기를 구비한 구름 베어링 장치에 있어서,시일 장치는 외부 링 부재에 고정된 외부 링 측 시일 링 및 내부 링 부재에 고정된 내부 링 측 시일 링을 구비하고,회전 검출기는 외부 링 측 시일 링의 링형 코어 금속의 외경 측에서 수지제 외장 부재에 의해 몰딩되어 그와 일체화된 자기 센서 및 내부 링 측 시일 링의 링형 코어 금속의 내면에 고정된 자성체 링을 구비하며, 회전 검출기는 자기 센서가 자성체 링을 검출하는 것에 의해 내부 링 부재의 회전 속도와 회전 방향을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기 센서의 하니스는 자기 센서에 접속된 제1 하니스와 차체의 전자 회로에 접속된 제2 하니스로 분할되고,제1 하니스와 제2 하니스는 외부 링 부재 고정용 너클에 설치된 커넥터를 매개로 하여 서로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기 센서는 정회전 및 역회전 검출 센서를 포함하고,자성체 링은 펄서 링을 포함하며,정회전 및 역회전 검출 센서에 의해 펄서 링의 자계의 변화를 검출하는 것에 의해 내부 링 부재의 회전 속도와 회전 방향이 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 자기 센서는 정회전 및 역회전 검출 센서를 포함하고,자성체 링은 펄서 링을 포함하며,정회전 및 역회전 검출 센서에 의해 펄서 링의 자계의 변화를 검출하는 것에 의해 내부 링 부재의 회전 속도와 회전 방향이 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
- 궤도 면을 갖는 회전 링을 형성하는 내부 링 부재;내부 링 부재와 동심상으로 배치되어 내부 링 부재와 대응된 궤도 면을 갖는 고정 링을 형성하는 외부 링 부재;내부 링 부재와 외부 링 부재의 각각의 궤도 면 사이에 개재되는 구름 부재;내부 링 부재와 외부 링 부재 사이의 간극을 밀봉하는 시일 장치; 및내부 링 부재의 회전 상태를 검출하는 회전 검출기를 구비한 구름 베어링 장치에 있어서,회전 검출기는 외부 링 부재 측에 설치된 자기 센서 및 내부 링 부재 측에 설치된 자성체 링을 구비하고, 회전 검출기는 자기 센서가 자성체 링을 검출하는 것에 의해 내부 링 부재의 회전 상태를 검출하며,자기 센서의 하니스는 자기 센서에 접속된 제1 하니스와 차체의 전자 회로에 접속된 제2 하니스로 분할되고,제1 하니스와 제2 하니스는 외부 링 부재 고정용 너클에 설치된 커넥터를 매개로 하여 서로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 자기 센서는 정회전 및 역회전 검출 센서를 포함하고,자성체 링은 펄서 링을 포함하며,정회전 및 역회전 검출 센서에 의해 펄서 링의 자계의 변화를 검출하는 것에 의해 내부 링 부재의 회전 속도와 회전 방향이 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
- 궤도 면을 갖는 회전 링을 형성하는 내부 링 부재;내부 링 부재와 동심상으로 배치되어 내부 링 부재와 대응된 궤도 면을 갖는 고정 링을 형성하는 외부 링 부재;내부 링 부재와 외부 링 부재의 각각의 궤도 면 사이에 개재되는 구름 부재;내부 링 부재와 외부 링 부재 사이의 간극을 밀봉하는 시일 장치; 및내부 링 부재의 회전 상태를 검출하는 회전 검출기를 구비한 구름 베어링 장치에 있어서,시일 장치는 외부 링 부재에 고정된 외부 링 측 시일 링 및 내부 링 부재에 고정된 내부 링 측 시일 링을 구비하고,회전 검출기는 내부 링 측 시일 링의 링형 코어 금속의 외주 면에 설치된 자기 센서 및 외부 링 측 시일 링의 링형 코어 금속의 축 방향으로의 측면에 설치된 자성체 링을 구비하며, 회전 검출기는 자기 센서가 자성체 링을 검출하는 것에 의해 외부 링 부재의 회전 상태를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 자기 센서는 수지제 외장 부재에 의해 몰딩됨으로써 내부 링 측 시일 링의 링형 코어 금속에 통합되고,수지제 외장 부재와 외부 링 측 시일 링의 링형 코어 금속 사이에는 래비린스가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링 장치.
