Description
Claims (15)
- 적어도 1대의 열간압연기의 하류측에, 차례대로, 적어도 1대의 냉각장치, 적어도 1대의 교정장치 및 적어도 1대의 유도가열장치가 배치된 강판의 제조설비를 사용하고,상기 열간압연기에 의하여 압연된 강판을, 상기 냉각장치에 의해 가속냉각하는 공정과,상기 가속냉각된 강판을, 상기 교정장치로 형상교정하는 공정과,상기 강판의 형상교정중에, 상기 강판의 형상교정된 부분을, 순차적으로 상기 유도가열장치로 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,강판을 가역적(可逆的)으로 이동시키고, 형상교정과 열처리를 반복하여 행하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,유도가열장치에, 솔레노이드(solenoid)형 유도가열장치를 사용하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,유도가열장치에, 솔레노이드형 유도가열장치를 사용하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 적어도 1대의 열간압연기의 하류측에, 차례대로, 적어도 1대의 냉각장치, 적어도 1대의 교정장치, 적어도 1대의 유도가열장치 및 적어도 1대의 교정장치가 배치된 강판의 제조설비를 사용하고,상기 열간압연기에 의하여 압연된 강판을, 상기 냉각장치에 의하여 가속냉각하는 공정과,상기 가속냉각된 강판을, 상기 교정장치로 형상교정하는 공정과,상기 강판의 형상교정중에, 상기 강판의 형상교정된 부분을, 순차적으로 상기 유도가열장치로 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,강판을 가역적으로 이동시키고, 형상교정과 열처리를 반복하여 행하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,유도가열장치에, 솔레노이드형 유도가열장치를 사용하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,유도가열장치에, 솔레노이드형 유도가열장치를 사용하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 적어도 1대의 열간압연기의 하류측에, 차례대로, 적어도 1대의 냉각장치, 적어도 1대의 유도가열장치, 적어도 1대의 교정장치 및 적어도 1대의 유도가열장치가 배치된 강판의 제조설비를 사용하고,상기 열간압연기에 의하여 압연된 강판을, 상기 냉각장치에 의하여 가속냉각하는 공정과,상기 가속냉각된 강판을, 상기 교정장치로 형상교정하는 공정과,상기 강판의 형상교정중에, 상기 강판의 형상교정된 부분을, 순차적으로, 상기 유도가열장치로 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,강판을 가역적으로 이동시키고, 형상교정과 열처리를 반복하여 행하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,유도가열장치에, 솔레노이드형 유도가열장치를 사용하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,유도가열장치에, 솔레노이드형 유도가열장치를 사용하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,열처리후의 강판을 반송속도 [L/(2τ)] m/s 이상의 속도로 교정장치로 이송시키는 강판의 제조방법;여기에서, L:유도가열장치와 교정장치간의 거리(m), τ:강판의 열확산의 시정수(時定數)(s)이다.
- 제6항에 있어서,열처리후의 강판을 반송속도 [L/(2τ)] m/s 이상의 속도로 교정장치로 이송시키는 강판의 제조방법;여기에서, L:유도가열장치와 교정장치간의 거리(m), τ:강판의 열확산의 시정수(s)이다.
- 제10항에 있어서,열처리후의 강판을 반송속도 [L/(2τ)] m/s 이상의 속도로 교정장치로 이송시키는 강판의 제조방법;여기에서, L:유도가열장치와 교정장치간의 거리(m), τ:강판의 열확산의 시정수(s)이다.
