Claims (21)
- 분말을 이송하는 장치(1)를 여러개 구비한 이송 시스템으로서,상기 각각의 장치(1)는●분말용의 공급 라인(6)과 배출 라인(8)이 내부로 통하는 이송 챔버(3)와,●상기 이송 챔버(3) 내에 부압을 발생시키는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 장치(1) 내에 부압을 발생시키는 상기 수단은 이송 챔버 내에서 이동 가능한 피스톤(11)을 구비하고, 상기 이송 시스템은 다이어프램을 구비하지 않으며, 상기 배출 라인(8)은 공동 소비 지점으로 안내되는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개별 피스톤(11)의 비동기식 왕복 이동을 보장하는 제어 유닛을 더 구비하는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2개의 장치(1)를 구비하는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압축 가스를 이송 챔버로 공급하는 통로(12)를 더 구비하는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 통로(12)는 상기 피스톤(11)의 하사점(BDC) 위에서 이송 챔버(3) 내로 통하는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 통로는 이송 챔버(3)로의 개구가 있는 원주홈 내로 통하는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원주홈의 폭은 0.05 내지 1 ㎜ 인 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이송 챔버(3)의 하측 부분(3a)과, 공급 라인(6) 및 배출 라인(8)은 동일한 재료로 제조되고, 특히 교환 가능한 유닛에 해당하는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배출 라인(8) 중 하나 이상의 폭은 8 ㎜ 미만, 구체적으로 6.5 ㎜ 미만인 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배출 라인(8) 중 하나 이상의 길이는 5 m 이상, 구체적으로 10 m 이상인 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(11)은 디커플링 요소(32)를 통하여 구동 유닛(31)에 연결되어 있는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(11)은 구동 유닛(31)에 직접 연결되어 있는 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(11)의 상사점(TDC)과 하사점(BDC) 사이의 영역에 있어서 이송 챔버의 내경은 피스톤(11)의 외경보다 0.2 내지 0.8 ㎜ 큰 것인 이송 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브가 폐쇄되고 피스톤이 하사점에 있는 상태인 무용 부피(dead volume)는 전체 이송 챔버의 부피의 10분의 1미만, 구체적으로 50분의 1 미만인 것인 이송 시스템.
- 분말용의 공급 라인(6) 및 배출 라인(8)이 내부로 통하는 이송 챔버(3)와, 이 이송 챔버 내에 부압을 발생시키는 피스톤(11)과, 그 이송 챔버(3)로 압축 가스를 공급하는 통로를 구비하는 장치에 의해 분말을 이송하는 이송 방법으로서,피스톤(11)이 그것의 초기 위치로부터 이동함에 따라 분말이 이송 챔버 내로 흡인되고, 그 후 압축 가스가 이송 챔버(3) 내로 도입된 후, 피스톤(11)이 그것의 초기 위치로 복귀되며,●상기 피스톤(11)이 그것의 행정에 있어서 상사점에 도달한 때에 상기 배출 라인(8)이 폐쇄되고,●적어도 15 ms의 대기 시간 후에 압축 공기가 이송 챔버(3) 내로 도입되고,●적어도 110 ms의 대기 시간 후에 압축 공기의 공급에 의하여 피스톤(11)이 하향 이동되고,●늦어도 하사점에 도달하기 20 ms 전에 압축 공기의 공급이 중지되고,●후속하여 배출 라인이 폐쇄되는 것인 이송 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인(6)의 폐쇄 및 배출 라인(8)의 개방은 동시에 일어나지 않는 것인 이송 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 하향 속도는 일정하지 않은 것인 이송 방법.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말의 유량은 실린더의 행정을 통해 조정되는 것인 이송 방법.
- 제15항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말의 유량은 실린더의 행정 수를 통해 조정되는 것인 이송 방법.
- 제15항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 공기의 공급은 배출 라인 및 공급 라인의 폐쇄 이전에 종결되는 것인 이송 방법.
- 제15항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,●각각 적어도 2.5초의 지속 시간으로 적어도 4번 압축 공기를 이송 챔버(3) 내로 도입하고,●그 후 적어도 6초의 지속 시간으로 적어도 한번 압축 공기를 이송 챔버(3) 내로 도입하는연속 작업의 주기 사이에 세정 프로그램을 진행하는 것인 이송 방법.
