Claims (10)
- 복수의 제1결합돌기 및 제2결합홈이 형성되고 상기한 제1결합돌기가 형성되는 반대쪽 모서리에는 소정의 간격으로 복수의 핀홈이 형성되는 플러그몸체와,상기한 플러그몸체의 제1결합돌기가 체결되는 복수의 제1결합홈 및 상기한 제2결합홈에 체결되는 복수의 제2결합돌기가 형성되는 플러그덮개와,상기한 플러그몸체의 핀홈에 한쪽 끝부분이 삽입되어 고정되고 교차가 이루어지는 교차페어와 교차가 이루어지지 않는 직진페어를 교대로 배열하는 복수의 접속핀과,상기한 접속핀에 각각 심선이 접속 고정되는 케이블을 포함하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 접속핀에는 각각 용량성 누화를 소거하기 위하여 다른 부분보다 넓은 면적으로 이루어지는 보상플레이트를 설치하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 접속핀은 각각 2개가 한조(페어)를 이루며, 최소 2조 이상으로 전기적인 회로를 구성하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,상기한 교차페어를 이루는 접속핀은 상기한 플러그몸체의 핀홈에 삽입되는 접촉부와, 상기한 접촉부로부터 한쪽으로 연장되는 직선부와, 상기한 직선부로부터 연장되어 서로 교차하도록 대응되는 원호형상으로 굽어져 형성되는 교차부와, 상기한 교차부와 연결되어 형성되고 상기한 케이블의 심선이 접속되는 심선접속부로 이루어지고,상기한 직진페어를 이루는 접속핀은 상기한 플러그몸체의 핀홈에 삽입되는 접촉부와, 상기한 접촉부로부터 한쪽으로 연장되는 직선부와, 상기한 직선부에 연결되어 형성되고 상기한 케이블의 심선이 접속되는 심선접속부로 이루어는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기한 교차부는 1조가 서로 교차하여 설치되는 경우에 서로 단락이 발생하지 않도록, 하나의 교차부는 높은 위치로 형성하고, 다른 하나의 교차부는 낮은 위치로 형성하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 보상플레이트는상기한 교차페어의 경우에는 교차부의 중간부분에 설치하고,상기한 직진페어의 경우에는 심선접속부에 근접한 부분에 설치하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기한 교차페어의 보상플레이트와 이웃하는 직진페어의 보상플레이트 사이의 거리(dc), 접속핀 사이의 거리(d), 누화발생부인 접촉부와 직선부의 면적(A), 소거부인 보상플레이트의 면적(B) 사이의 관계는 다음의 수학식 9를 만족하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.상기에서 e는 접속핀 사이의 유전율을 나타내고, d는 접속핀 사이의 거리(간격)를 나타내고, dc는 교차페어의 보상플레이트와 이웃하는 직진페어의 보상플레이트 사이의 거리(간격)을 나타내고, A는 누화발생부인 접촉부와 직선부의 면적을 나타내고, B는 소거부인 보상플레이트의 면적을 나타낸다.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기한 접속핀의 핀홈에 삽입되는 반대쪽 끝부분인 심선접속부에는 상기한 케이블의 심선 끝부분이 삽입 고정되어 접속되는 "V"형상의 심선고정홈을 형성하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기한 심선고정홈은 심선이 삽입됨에 따라 심선의 외피를 찢으면서 도체와 접속하게 되도록 중간부분의 간격부터는 심선의 도체 지름과 같거나 작아지는 경사로 형성하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 플러그몸체 및 플러그덮개에는 상기한 케이블이 인입되기 위한 인입홈과 상기한 케이블의 위치를 고정시키기 위한 안착부를 각각 형성하는 누화소거수단을 갖는 IDC형 패치코드.
