Abstract

Claims (4)
- 메커니컬 부스터 본체에 밀착하고, 이 메커니컬 부스터 본체의 축부를 회전시키는 모터를 구비하는 메커니컬 부스터에 있어서, 상기 모터의 회전축측의 스테이터와 외측의 고정 코일 사이의 간극에 금속제의 원통판을 삽입하고, 이 원통판으로 스테이터측과 고정 코일측을 격리하고, 이 모터의 회전축의 양단측을 낮은 포화증기압의 윤활제의 밀봉된 베어링으로 지지하고, 모터 커버의 베어링 끼워맞춤부를 이 원통판의 내측에 삽입하면서 실 링으로 밀봉한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐식 메커니컬 부스터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원통판이 스테인레스로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐식 메커니컬 부스터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 모터 커버의 외주측에 수냉용의 재킷을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐식 메커니컬 부스터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메커니컬 부스터 본체의 구동측의 축부가, 저포화 증기압의 윤활제를 밀봉한 베어링으로 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐식 메커니컬 부스터.
