Claims (13)
- 방사상으로 내부로 향하는 내측 씰링 면 및 방사상으로 외부로 향하는 외측 씰링 면을 갖는 변형될 수 있는 재료로 이루어져 있는 씰링 링에 있어서, 씰링 링(8) 내부에 공동(14)의 벽으로서 씰링 면(10, 12)의 적어도 하나와 실질적으로 방사상으로 대향되게 놓여있어 공동(14)에서 가압 면(20)을 지지하는 압력 하에 있는 유체(18)가 적어도 하나의 씰링 면(10, 12)을 외부로 압력을 가하는 적어도 하나의 가압 면(20)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 링.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공동(14)은 외부로 이어지는 유체의 오프닝을 구비한 것을 특징을 하는 씰링 링.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 공동은 씰링 링(8)의 축 외부 면(16)에 있는 그루브(14)인 것을 특징으로 씰링 링.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 씰링 링(8)은 탄력적으로 변형될 수 있는 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 링.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 씰링 링(8)은 원형 원통의 튜브 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 링.
- 구멍(4)을 갖는 제 1 구성부(2), 상기 구멍(4) 내에 배열된 제 2 구성부(6) 및 적어도 일시적으로 압력 하에 있는 유체(18)에 대하여 제 1 및 제 2 구성부(6)간의 갭을 밀봉하기 위한 씰링 링에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 구성부간의 축력을 수용하는 것이 롤 베어링에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 롤 베어링은 트러스트 그루브-형 볼 베어링의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
- 제 6항 또는 제 6항의 상위 개념에 따른 씰링 시스템에 있어서, 씰링 링(8)은 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 설계된 것임을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 제 2 구성부(6) 및 구멍(4)이 원형-원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 공동(14)이 압력 하에 있는 유체(18)의 오프닝을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
- 제 6항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 1 구성부는 구체 밸브의하우징(2)이고 제 2 구성부는 구체 밸브의 구동 스핀들(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 따른 것을 전제로, 제 11항에 있어서, 롤 베어링은 구동 스핀들에 대하여 축방향으로 작용하고 구체 밸브의 구체를 통하여 흐르는 유체에 의해 구동 스핀들에 적용되는 힘을 수용할 수 있도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 롤 베어링의 제 1 베어링 외피는 구체에 구비된 흐름 채널을 등지고 구동 스핀들에 연결된 표면 상에서 지지되고 롤 베어링의 제 2 베어링 외피는 흐름 채널을 향하고 하우징에 연결된 표면 상에서 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 씰링 시스템.
