Claims (16)
- 유기 규소 화합물의 존재하에 혈액 성분중의 지질을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질 측정방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기 규소 화합물이 실리콘 및/또는 그의 유도체인지질 측정방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 실리콘 또는 그의 유도체가 고중합 실리콘, 환상 실리콘, 실리콘계 계면활성제 및 변성 실리콘 오일로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 지질 측정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 지질성분이 특정의 리포단백에 포함되는 지질인 지질 측정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 지질성분이 콜레스테롤, 트리글리세리드 또는 인지질의 어느 하나인 지질 측정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 유기 규소 화합물이 존재하고, 응집제가 존재하지 않는 조건에 있어서, 리포단백에 효소를 작용시켜 리포단백 중에 함유되어 있는 지질을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질 측정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 리포단백중의 지질에 대한 효소의 작용을, 리포단백 선택성이 있는 계면활성제의 존재하에서 행하는 지질 측정방법.
- 유기 규소 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지질 측정시약.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 유기 규소 화합물이 실리콘 및/또는 그의 유도체인 지질 측정시약.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 실리콘 또는 그의 유도체가 고중합 실리콘, 환상 실리콘, 실리콘계 계면활성제 및 변성 실리콘 오일로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 지질 측정시약.
- 제 8항 내지 제 10항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 지질성분이 특정의 리포단백에 포함되는 지질인 지질 측정시약.
- 제 8항 내지 제 11항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 지질성분이 콜레스테롤, 트리글리세리드 또는 인지질의 어느 하나인 지질 측정시약.
- 다음 성분 (1)∼(5)(1) 유기 규소 화합물(2) 콜레스테롤 에스테라제(3) 콜레스테롤 옥시다제(4) 퍼옥시다제(5) 발색제을 함유하는 HDL-콜레스테롤 측정용 시약.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 더욱이 리포단백 선택성이 있는 계면활성제를 배합한 HDL-콜레스테롤 측정용 시약.
- 다음 성분 (1)∼(5)(1) 유기 규소 화합물(2) 콜레스테롤 에스테라제(3) 콜레스테롤 옥시다제(4) 퍼옥시다제(5) 2종 조합하여 발색하는 성분중의 한 쪽을 함유하는 제 1시약과다음의 성분 (6) 및 (7)(6) 2종 조합하는 것으로 발색하는 성분중의 다른 한 쪽(7) 리포단백 선택성의 낮은 계면활성제을 함유하는 제 2시약을 조합하여 되는 LDL-콜레스테롤 측정용 킷트.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 더욱이 제 1시약에 리포단백 선택성이 있는 계면활성제를배합한 LDL-콜레스테롤 측정용 킷트.
