Abstract

PURPOSE: An ordering method using a computer is provided to make a customer select and order a desired food by seeing a monitor, to display the order to a kitchen and a counter promptly, and to calculate a bill by inputting a table number. CONSTITUTION: The monitor installed to a customer table is a touch screen operated by a finger, a mouse, and a keyboard. A service such as menu, a cooking time, food guide and explanation, spices and condiments, service sorts, prices, and an additional item is displayed to the monitor installed to the customer table. The monitor installed to the kitchen displays order contents, the order, the processed order contents, and the expected cooking time. The monitor installed to the counter displays the order, the order contents, a current price, and the bill.

본 발명이 있기전 모든 요식업에서는 종업원이 직접 차림표 들고 작성하여 주문을 받고,손님이 결정할때까지 기다려야 하며 각 요리 및 주문에 대하여 설명을 손님마다 해주여야 하며 손님이 동시에 들어오면 주문 발기에도 많은 시간이 걸리며 처음오는 손님은 주문에 대하여 어떤 종류에 어떤 것을 주문을 해야 할지.(예를들면 커피숍에 커피종류만 20가지인데 어떤커피가 어떤것인지 잘모르며 요리는 이것이 매운것인지 신것인지 모르고 주재료가 무엇이며 국물이 있는것인지 없는것인지 ?) 부담을 많이 갖고 주문을 하게 됩니다. 또 주문 받는 것을 일일이 주방에 전달해야 하는데 주문내용중 빠지거나, 잘못전달되어 다른 것이 나올수도 있으며 난 매운 것이 좋은데 맵지않는 것이 나오면 기분이 상합니다. 또 주문순번이 바꿔어저 나오면 욕을들어 먹을때도 있습니다.In the catering industry before the present invention, the employee has to take the order by filling out the dress directly, wait until the customer decides, and must explain each dish and order for each customer. 손님이 직접 모니터를 보며 어떤 것이 자기한테 맞는 것인지, 자기가 원하는 것을 찾아가며 주문함으로 주문후 후회하지 않으며, 여러손님이 동시에 주문을 한꺼번에 해도 주방과 계산대에 바로 나타나게 되어있습니다. 또 아무리 많은 손님이 한꺼번에 계산대에 와서 계산을 해도 미리 계산이 되어 있으므로 테이블번호만 입력하면 바로 바로 계산이 됩니다.Customers can look directly at the monitor and find out what's right for them, find what they want, and regret it after ordering.
