Claims (10)
- 스크롤형 압축기구(2), 당해 압축기구(2)를 구동하기 위한 전동기(3), 상기 압축기구(2) 및 전동기(3)를 수납하기 위한 원통형 케이싱(6)을 구비하고, 상기 압축기구(2) 및 전동기(3)가 상기 케이싱(6)의 내면과 접하는 상태에서 당해 케이싱(6)에 고정되는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,상기 케이싱(6)에는,당해 케이싱(6)의 긴 쪽 방향과 직교하는 제1 평면 내에 있어서 상기 압축기구(2)가 접하는 제1 접촉부분(20)과 당해 압축기구(2)가 접하지 않는 제1 비접촉부분(30)이 형성되어 있는 것과 함께,당해 케이싱(6)의 긴 쪽 방향과 직교하는 제2 평면 내에 있어서 상기 전동기(3)가 접하는 제2 접촉부분(21)과 당해 전동기(3)가 접하지 않는 제2 비접촉부분(31)이 형성되고,상기 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 둘레 길이와 상기 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 둘레 길이가 서로 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 압축기구(2), 당해 압축기구(2)를 구동하기 위한 전동기(3), 상기 압축기구(2) 및 전동기(3)를 수납하기 위한 케이싱(6)을 구비하고, 상기 압축기구(2) 및 전동기(3)가 상기 케이싱(6)의 내면과 접하는 상태에서 당해 케이싱(6)에 고정되는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,상기 케이싱(6)에는,당해 케이싱(6)의 긴 쪽 방향과 직교하는 제1 평면 내에 있어서 상기 압축기구(2)가 접하는 제1 접촉부분(20)과 당해 압축기구(2)가 접하지 않는 제1 비접촉부분(30)이 형성되는 것과 함께,당해 케이싱(6)의 긴 쪽 방향과 직교하는 제2 평면 내에 있어서 상기 전동기(3)가 접하는 제2 접촉부분(21)과 당해 전동기(3)가 접하지 않는 제2 비접촉부분(31)이 형성되고,상기 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 둘레 길이와 상기 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 둘레 길이가 서로 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 스크롤형 압축기구(2), 당해 압축기구(2)를 구동하기 위한 전동기(3), 상기 압축기구(2)와 전동기(3)를 연결하는 구동축(4)의 일단부를 지지하는 베어링(5), 상기 압축기구(2), 전동기(3) 및 베어링(5)을 수납하기 위한 케이싱(6)을 구비하고, 상기 압축기구(2), 전동기(3) 및 베어링(5)가 상기 케이싱(6)의 내면과 접하는 상태에서 당해 케이싱(6)에 고정되는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,상기 케이싱(6)에는,당해 케이싱(6)의 긴 쪽 방향과 직교하는 제1 평면 내에 있어서 상기 압축기구(2)가 접하는 제1 접촉부분(20)과 당해 압축기구(2)가 접하지 않는 제1 비접촉부분(30)이 형성되고,당해 케이싱(6)의 긴 쪽 방향과 직교하는 제2 평면 내에 있어서 상기전동기(3)가 접하는 제2 접촉부분(21)과 당해 전동기(3)가 접하지 않는 제2 비접촉부분(31)이 형성되는 것과 함께,당해 케이싱(6)의 긴 쪽 방향과 직교하는 제3 평면 내에 있어서 상기 베어링(5)이 접하는 제3 접촉부분(22)과 당해 베어링(5)이 접하지 않는 제3 비접촉부분(32)이 형성되며,상기 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 둘레 길이와 상기 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 둘레 길이와 상기 제3 비접촉부분(32)의 둘레 길이가 서로 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱(6)에는, 상기 압축기구(2)와 관련된 제1 접촉부분(20)과 제1 비접촉부분(30)이 복수개씩 형성되는 한편,상기 압축기구(2)와 관련된 복수의 제1 비접촉부분(30) 중, 적어도 하나의 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 둘레 길이는 다른 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 둘레 길이와 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱(6)에는, 상기 전동기(3)와 관련된 제2 접촉부분(21)과 제2 비접촉부분(31)이 복수개씩 형성되는 한편,상기 전동기(3)와 관련된 복수의 제2 비접촉부분(31) 중, 적어도 하나의 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 둘레 길이는 다른 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 둘레 길이와 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 케이싱(6)에는, 상기 베어링(5)과 관련된 제3 접촉부분(22)과 제3 비접촉부분(32)이 복수개씩 형성되는 한편,상기 베어링(5)과 관련된 복수의 제3 비접촉부분(32) 중, 적어도 하나의 제3비접촉부분(32)의 둘레 길이는 다른 제3 비접촉부분(32)의 둘레 길이와 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 접촉부분(20)의 수와 제2 접촉부분(21)의 수가 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 접촉부분(20)의 수와, 제2 접촉부분(21)의 수와, 제3 접촉부분(22)의 수가 각각 상이한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 수가 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 수의 배수도 아니고 약수도 아닌 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 수가 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 수의 배수도 아니고 약수도 아니고, 제2 비접촉부분(31)의 수가 제3 비접촉부분(32)의 수의 배수도 아니고 약수도 아니며, 제3 비접촉부분(32)의 수가 제1 비접촉부분(30)의 수의 배수도 아니고 약수도 아닌 밀폐형 압축기.
