Claims (11)
- 컴프레서에서 공급되는 고온의 압축공기를 흡입하는 흡입구(122)와 배출하는 배출구(124)를 연결하도록 유로(130)가 구비된 챔버(100);상기 챔버(100)의 유로(130)로 흡입된 고온의 압축공기를 와류되게 분사하여 냉각하도록, 유로(130)의 흡입구(122)측에 설치되는 쿨링부재(200);상기 쿨링부재(200)에 연결되어, 냉각된 압축공기 및 이 압축공기가 부딪혀 분리된 응축수를 유로(130)로 안내하는 가이드관(300);상기 가이드관(300)으로 안내된 압축공기의 유속을 촉진시켜 이물질을 분리하도록 그 내주연으로 호닝가공이 이루어져, 가이드관(300)의 하부에 연결되는 호닝관(400);상기 호닝관(400)으로 유속이 촉진된 압축공기의 와류방향을 전향시키도록 복수개의 와류전향홈(610)이 구비되어, 잔여 응축수를 분리하는 디플렉터(600);상기 디플렉터(600)로 잔여 응축수가 분리된 압축공기의 이물질을 여과하도록, 유로(130) 배출구(124)측에 설치되는 롤필터(700);를 포함하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 호닝관(400)과 디플렉터(600) 사이에는, 호닝관(400)으로 통과된 압축공기 및 응축수의 비산을 방지하면서, 이물질을 여과하는 엘리미네이터(500)가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 쿨링부재(200)는,상기 유로(130)의 흡입구(122)측에 수직으로 설치되어, 압축공기의 와류를 유도하는 와류스프링(210);상기 와류스프링(210)으로 유도된 압축공기를 사방으로 확산시키는 디퓨져(220);상기 디퓨져(220)로 확산된 압축공기가 유입되게 유입유로(232)가 형성되고, 이 유입유로(232)로 유입된 압축공기를 와류되게 분사하도록 형성된 복수개의 분사노즐(234)이 방사상으로 배치되어, 압축공기의 밀도를 높여 냉각하는 쿨링분사구(230);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 디퓨져(220)의 상부에는, 와류스프링(210)이 끼워지는 가이드바(222)가 구비되고,상기 가이드바(222)에는 와류스프링(210)의 상부를 지지하면서 고정하도록 고정편(224)이 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 쿨링분사구(230)의 분사노즐(234)은, 분사되는 압축공기의 와류를 유도하면서, 유속을 증가시키도록 유선형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 쿨링분사구(230)는, 와류스프링(210)이 수용되도록 유입유로(232)를 형성하되, 저면에 홈형상으로 이루어진 분사노즐(234)을 형성되어 디퓨져(220)의 상면으로 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 와류스프링(210)은, 와류되는 압축공기를 한 곳으로 유도하도록, 하부로 테이퍼지게 이루어지고,상기 쿨링분사구(230)의 유입유로(232)는, 와류스프링(210)으로 유도되는 압축공기를 안내하도록 하부로 테이퍼지게 안내유로(232a)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가이드관(300)에는, 쿨링부재(200)에서 분사된 압축공기가 부딪혀 냉각이 이루어지도록 형성된 배플턱(310)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 롤필터(700)는, 가이드관(300)의 외주연으로 결합되어, 잔여 응축수가 분리된 압축공기의 이물질을 여과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 호닝관(400)에는, 가이드관(300)으로 안내된 압축공기 및 응축수에 함유된 이물질을 여과하도록 여과부재가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 여과부재는, 메쉬망(420)으로 이루어져 다단으로 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 필터.
