Claims (6)
- 전기저항에 의해 발열되며 발열체로 사용되는 하나 이상의 다공성 탄소재;상기 다공성 탄소재를 구비하고, 탄소재에서 발열되는 복사열이 반사되어 전체적으로 방사되도록 소정 각도의 원추형상으로 형성되는 수용체; 및상기 다공성 탄소재에 전기가 공급되어 전기저항에 의해 발열 가능하도록 탄소재에 구비되는 한 쌍 이상의 전기공급단을 포함하는 다공성 탄소재를 발열체로 이용하는 직접 발열형 라디에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다공성 탄소재가 전기저항에 의해 발열되도록 탄소재의 비저항이 1~500Ω·㎝로 이루어지는다공성 탄소재를 발열체로 이용하는 직접 발열형 라디에이터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 다공성 탄소재의 제조시에 결정되는 비저항에 따라 탄소재의 규격이 형성되는다공성 탄소재를 발열체로 이용하는 직접 발열형 라디에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다공성 탄소재는외측은 넓고 두껍게 형성하여 전기저항을 작게하고, 중앙측은 좁고 얇게 형성하여 전기저항을 상대적으로 높게하여 중앙측에서 발열을 높게 발생시키는다공성 탄소재를 발열체로 이용하는 직접 발열형 라디에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다공성 탄소재는사각 형상 또는 도우넛 형상 중 어느 하나로 가공하여 수용체에 구비시켜서 발열체로 사용되는다공성 탄소재를 발열체로 이용하는 직접 발열형 라디에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수용체는상기 다공성 탄소재에서 발열되는 복사열이 반사되어 전체적으로 방사되도록 스테인리스 재질로 이루어지는다공성 탄소재를 발열체로 이용하는 직접 발열형 라디에이터.
