Claims (1)
- 음이온방사재인 흑전기석(Sodium Iron Aluminum Boro-silicate Hydroxide)과, SiO₂ 72.3%, Al₂O₃ 14.4%, K₂O 4.85%, 에 Fe₂O₃ 1.75%, CaO 0.5%, MgO 0.2%, Na₂O 0.8% 와 선택적으로 투입이 가능한 TiO₂5.2%로 구성된 원적외선방사재를 50:50의 비율로 혼합하여, 입도범위 200㎚~2㎛의 천연무기나노복합체를 조성하고,순도 99.9% 이상의 순 은을 입도범위 100㎚~600㎚의 은나노입자로 조성한 후, 상기 천연무기나노복합체와 은나노입자를 99.8% : 0.2% 의 비로 혼합하여 나노복합체를 조성하고,상기 나노복합체를 순수 우레탄수용성용제와 중량비(wt%) 3 ~ 6%로 혼합하여 계면활성으로 고르게 분산하면서 공기를 주입하여 미세기공(20)을 가진 코팅재(10)로 형성한 후 이를 직물 표면에 날염 또는 접착 방식으로 코팅하는 구성으로 된 항균 섬유
