Claims (5)
- 외부로부터 폐수를 유입받아 음식찌꺼기 등의 슬러지를 1차적으로 침전시키는 한편 후속되는 처리장소로 폐수를 방류하는 1차 침전지;상기 1차 침전지로부터 폐수를 유입받아 처리하는 곳으로, 그 내부에는 하나의 회전축에 다수의 회전원판이 상호 소정 간격 이격되어 중첩 설치되어 있는 변형생물반응체가 유입 폐수면 아래로 완전히 잠기도록 설치되며, 폐수의 유입구로부터 일정 부피비로 혐기조, 폭기량이 서로 다른 제1 간헐폭기조 및 제2 간헐폭기조로 구성된 반응조; 및상기 반응조에 의해 처리된 폐수를 유입받아 2차적으로 침전시킨 후 상부의 맑은 물은 외부로 배출시키고 하부에 침전된 슬러지는 미생물 농도를 일정하게 유지하기 위해 상기 반응조 내의 혐기조로 반송시키는 2차 침전지를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 회전 생물 반응체를 이용한 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혐기조, 제1 간헐폭기조 및 제2 간헐폭기조의 부피비는 혐기조 : 제1 간헐폭기조 : 제2 간헐폭기조 = 1∼1.5 : 4.5∼5.5 : 1.5∼2로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 회전 생물 반응체를 이용한 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 간헐폭기조와 제2 간헐폭기조의 바닥에는 그 몸체에 다수의 에어토출공이 형성되어 있는 에어공급관이 각각 2개씩 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 회전 생물 반응체를 이용한 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반응조 내의 혐기조와 제1 간헐폭기조 사이에는 처리되는 폐수의 역류를 방지하기 위한 방지막이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 회전 생물 반응체를 이용한 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 간헐폭기조와 제2 간헐폭기조 사이에는 제1 간헐폭기조와 제2 간헐폭기조의 서로 다른 폭기량에 의한 공급 용존 산소농도가 더욱 확실하게 유지될 수 있도록 하기 위한 차단막이 더 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 회전 생물 반응체를 이용한 폐수처리장치.
