Claims (6)
- 지면에 지지되는 지지판(P) 중앙부에 설치되어 중앙부에 회전로드(11)가 수직 결합되고 상단부에 상하이송레버(12)가 장착된 본체(10)와, 본체(10)의 회전로드(11)를 따라 수직이동되면서 모터(20)에 의해서 작동되는 수평 회전로드(21)상에서 좌우 이송되는 실린더 헤드(19)와, 상기 실린더 헤드(19) 전면에 부착된 브라켓트 고정구(22)를 관통하여 상하 수직 이송되는 브라켓트 이송구(23) 하단부에 지면과 수평되게 전방으로 돌출 결합된 브라켓트(14)와, 상기 브라켓트(14) 전방에 수직결합되며 상단부에 결합된 용액배출호스(15)에 의해서 본체(10) 일측의 용액보관통(17)과 상호 연결된 용액배출부(16)와, 상기 본체(10) 전방의 지지판(P) 상부에 설치되어 좌우 회전되고 상면에 피도포물이 삽입 장착되는 지그(31)가 결합된 회전체(30)와, 상기 용제보관통(17) 상단부에 결합된 에어주입호스(18)와 연결된 상태로 본체(10) 후방에 위치하며 전면에 IC 카드 탈착구(42)가 구비된 컨트롤 패널(41)이 구비되어 본체(10)와 회전체(30)의 동작을 제어하는 컨트롤러(40)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 점성용액 도포기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 헤드(19)는 일측면에 장착된 모터(20) 구동에 의해서 실린더 헤드(19) 내부에 수평 관통되어 회전 가능하게 결합된 수평 회전로드(21)의 회전에 의해서 좌우 수평 이송이 이루어지게 되며, 이때 상기 수평 회전로드(21)는 모터(20) 결합측부에 장착된 카프링(25)에 의해서 좌우 회전됨에 의해서 실린더 헤드(19)의 수평 변환 이송이 이루어지게 됨과 아울러 상기 실린더 헤드(19)의 수평 이송에 따라 그 직하부의 용액배출부(16) 수평 이송이 이루어지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 점성용액 도포기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓트 고정구(22)는 컨트롤러(40)에서 연장된 에어 흡배기호스(24)가 연결되고 상기 에어흡배기호스(24)를 통해 전달되는 공압에 의해서 브라켓트 고정구(22) 내부에 수직 관통 결합된 브라켓트 이송구(23)가 수직 이송됨에 의해 그 하단부에 장착된 브라켓트(14)와 용액배출부(16)가 상하 이송되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 점성용액 도포기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 패널(41)의 BOND DELAY(41a) 스위치는 회전체(30)를 구동시키는 모터의 회전 시작 시간을 0.01 ~ 0.20 sec 범위내로 지연됨에 의해서 용제 토출의 시작점과 끝점이 일치되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 점성용액 도포기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 패널(41)의 STOP POSITION(41b) 스위치는 용제의 도포작업이 완료된 후에 회전체(30)를 0°∼359°등의 회전 각도로 공회전시켜 정지되도록 설정하여 피도포물의 점성용액 도포 후 항상 같은 위치에서 회전체(30)의 정지가 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 점성용액 도포기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓트(14) 전방에 결합되어 용액배출부(16)가 관통 결합된 각도조절구(28)는 피도포물의 주연 모서리부를 향해 좌우 각도 조절되어 점성용액의 분사 방향 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 점성용액 도포기.
