Claims (7)
- 망상 구조의 네트웍(reticulated network)을 형성하는 기공들이 구비되어 있으며, 제1 경도를 갖는 제1 폴리우레탄층;상기 제1 폴리우레탄층상에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제1 경도 보다 큰 제2 경도를 갖는 제2 폴리우레탄층;상기 제2 폴리우레탄층상에 형성되어 있으며 그 표면에 요철이 형성되어 있는 제3 폴리우레탄층으로서, 상기 제3 폴리우레탄층을 이루는 폴리우레탄 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 흄드 실리카, 탄산 칼슘, 표면코팅된 탄산 칼슘, 탈크, 카본블랙, 이산화티타늄 또는 이들의 혼합물의 요변성 강화 충전제 10 내지 50중량부 및 평균직경 1 내지 10 mm의 탄성고분자칩 5 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 제3 폴리우레탄층; 및상기 제3 폴리우레탄층상에 형성되어 있는 제4 폴리우레탄층으로서, 상기 제4 폴리우레탄층을 이루는 폴리우레탄 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 실리카, 규사, 톱밥, 황토 또는 이들의 혼합물의 미끄럼방지용 충전제 2 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 제4 폴리우레탄층을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 트랙.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 폴리우레탄층의 하부에 접착력을 강화하기 위한 프라이머층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 트랙.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내지 제4 폴리우레탄층은,한 분자당 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과 한 분자당 2개 이상 수산기를 갖는 제1 폴리올 화합물이 반응하여 생성된 적어도 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 말단기를 갖는 우레탄 프리폴리머를 포함하는 주제와, 한 분자당 2개 이상 수산기를 갖는 제2 폴리올 화합물을 포함하는 경화제가 반응하여 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 트랙.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 수산기, 아미노기 또는 이들 모두를 한 분자당 2 이상 갖는 다관능성 사슬연장제, 상기 우레탄 프리폴리머의 이소시아네이트말단기와 상기 제2 폴리올 화합물의 수산기와의 반응을 촉진하는 촉매, 가소제 및 정포제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 트랙.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 프리폴리머의 이소시아네이트기:상기 경화제 내의 제2 폴리올 화합물의 수산기 + 상기 사슬연장제의 관능기의 당량비가 1:0.5 ~ 1:5인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 트랙.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올 화합물은 수평균분자량이 1,000 ~ 8,000인 폴리에테르계 폴리올, 폴리에스테르계 폴리올 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 트랙.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 경도는 쇼아 A 경도 단위로 25 ~ 40의 범위이고, 상기 제2 경도는 45 ~ 65의 범위이며, 충격흡수율이 35 ~ 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 트랙.
