Claims (4)
- 고압산소 또는 공기로부터 오존을 발생시키는 오존발생기(10);상기 오존발생기(10)에 의해 발생된 오존이 유입되어 농산물의 병원성 미생물을 오존살균시키거나 농산물에 부착된 유기물 또는 유기합성농약을 오존분해시키는 농산물 오존처리조(20);상기 농산물 오존처리조(20) 내에 구비되고, 상기 오존발생기(10)와 연통되어 오존발생기(10)에 의해 발생된 오존을 상기 농산물 오존처리조(20) 내의 물에 분사 또는 믹스시켜 고농도의 오존살균수를 생성시키는 오존폭기장치(30);상기 농산물 오존처리조(20) 내에 구비되고, 자외선 램프 및 TiO₂광촉매를 포함하여 상기 오존살균수를 활성화시켜 농산물의 병원성 미생물을 살균시키거나 농산물에 부착된 유기물 또는 유기합성농약을 분해시키는 TiO₂광촉매 활성장치(40);상기 TiO₂광촉매 활성장치(40)의 자외선 램프에 전원을 공급하여 자외선 발광을 조절하는 전원공급장치(50); 및상기 농산물 오존처리조(20) 내에 수용된 농산물과 오존살균수의 접촉을 증가시키도록 오존살균수를 순환시키는 오존살균수 순환장치(60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 및 TiO₂광촉매를 이용한 농산물 살균처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO₂광촉매 활성장치(40)는 자외선 램프(42)와, 상기자외선 램프(42)를 밀폐하는 석영관(43)과, 상기 석영관(43) 외부에 TiO₂광촉매가 코팅된 다수개의 구형체(44)와, 상기 농산물 오존처리조(20)의 오존살균수가 상기 구형체와 접촉하도록 통수가능한 몸체(41)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 및 TiO₂광촉매를 이용한 농산물 살균처리장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 농산물 오존처리조(20)는 내부의 오존 또는 공기를 외부로 배출시키는 오존/공기 배출밸브(21)와, 농산물 살균처리 후 오존살균수를 외부로 배출시키는 오존살균수 배출밸브(22)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 및 TiO₂광촉매를 이용한 농산물 살균처리장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오존발생기(10)로부터 발생된 오존을 상기 농산물 오존처리조(20)로 이송하기 위한 오존연결관 상에 구비되는 오존공급/차단밸브(15)와, 상기 오존공급/차단밸브(15)의 개폐시간을 제어하는 타이머(16)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 및 TiO₂광촉매를 이용한 농산물 살균처리장치.
