Claims (5)
- 반죽공급장치를 통해 공급되는 면반죽과 속반죽을 속심을 갖는 면의 형태로 사출하는 것에 있어서,면반죽과 속반죽의 고른 분산을 통해 속심(F)을 갖는 면(N)을 사출하며, 다수의 플레이트를 갖는 면사출수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속심을 갖는 면 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 면사출수단은 면반죽과 속반죽을 고르게 분산하여 배출하도록 면반죽안내홈(310) 및 속반죽안내홈(350)과 면반죽배출구멍(320) 및 속반죽배출구멍(360)을 각각 형성하여 상기 반죽공급장치(200)에 밀착 설치한 제1플레이트(300)와;상기 제1플레이트(300)에 밀착 설치하며, 면반죽과 속반죽을 고르게 분산하여 배출하도록 면반죽안내홈(410)과 및 속반죽안내홈(450)과 면반죽배출구멍(420) 및 속반죽배출구멍(460)을 각각 형성한 제2플레이트(400)와;상기 제2플레이트(400)와 밀착 설치하며, 면반죽과 속반죽을 보다 고르게 분산하여 배출하도록 면반죽안내홈(510) 및 속반죽안내홈(550)과 면반죽배출구멍(520) 및 속반죽배출구멍(560)을 각각 형성한 제3플레이트(500)와;상기 제3플레이트(500)와 밀착 설치하며, 면반죽과 속반죽을 분산하여 배출하도록 다수의 면반죽안내홈(610)과 면반죽배출구멍(620) 및 속반죽캐비티(650)를형성하고, 상기 속반죽캐비티(650)에는 속반죽을 속심(F)으로 사출하도록 다수의 노즐(660)을 설치한 속심사출플레이트(600)와;상기 속심사출플레이트(600)와 밀착 설치하며, 면반죽을 분산하여 배출하도록 러너(710)와 면반죽캐비티(720)를 형성하고, 상기 면반죽캐비티(720)에는 상기 노즐(660)이 삽입되는 사출구멍(730)을 다수 형성한 면사출플레이트(700)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속심을 갖는 면 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 면반죽안내홈(310(410)(510)(610)과 속반죽안내홈(350)(450)(550)은 면반죽과 속반죽의 안내 및 고른 분산을 위하여 장홈 형상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 속심을 갖는 면 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제3플레이트(500)의 속반죽안내홈(550)에는 속반죽배출구멍(560)을 통해 배출되는 속반죽이 보다 골고루 분산되도록 분산핀(570)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 속심을 갖는 면 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1,2,3플레이트(300)(400)(500)와 속심사출플레이트(600) 및 면사출플레이트(700)는 상호 기밀하게 밀착 설치되도록 패킹(900)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 속심을 갖는 면 제조장치.
