Description

Plantation mat for shore line}Plantation mat for shore line

The present invention relates to a vegetation vegetation mat to induce the settlement of vegetation plants early after the completion of river maintenance projects such as riversides and shores.

Rivers, lakes, coastal landfills, and sapphire contain large amounts of moisture or are always immersed in water, making it difficult for plants to grow early. In particular, because your plants in foreign countries are more advanced than native plants, they will be easily reproduced in these areas, changing the natural ecosystem. Therefore, various methods have been attempted to settle appropriate native plants in the early stage, and the best method among them is to make the vegetation zone early by planting them to some extent and then planting them.

However, it is the present reality to plant such sprinkled vegetation in pots, and large amounts of early planting are only partially used due to high labor costs and costs.

The present invention is intended to be biodegradable in nature, but to allow simple movement and planting by preliminarily adhering the watery vegetation to the growth layer where plants can grow for at least several years from the rooting of vegetation to the survival of plants. In particular, it is intended to provide a vegetation mat constructed, and in particular, to provide a vegetation mat having a stable structure without moving during growth or before and after planting.

The present invention aims to provide a vegetation mat that can form a stable vegetation zone by activating vegetation plants early in the submerged areas such as riversides and lakes. Particularly, it is a vegetative mat that can function as a place of plant growth for a certain period of time, and can be used as its own organic compost while gradually degrading, and can show various moisturizing and nutrient distribution effects. It is intended to provide a vegetation mat that can maintain a stable structure even when the growth layer, which is the basic structural layer of growth, is severely moved or impacted.

The present invention is a mesh layer woven in the form of the weft and inclined rope rope made by using the Coir fiber yarn in the upper layer as shown in Figure 1 (a),

A growth layer (b) which has a long stack of random yarns and is entangled with each other to have porosity,

The present invention relates to a vegetation mat which has a synthetic fiber yarn having excellent weather resistance, which is composed of a base layer (c) composed of a network form, is successively laminated, and then stitched at regular intervals by a connecting fiber yarn (1).

(100),In the present invention, the mesh layer (a) is a step of collecting coconut fruit (100),

(110),Kernel separation process (110) for separating the kernel of the core by cutting the collected coconut fruit,

(120),The crushing process (120) for separating the fibers and dust into the crusher to put the kernel is separated and the residual husk,

(130),Defiber process 130 to remove the unseparated fixed dust and short fibers yarn by rotating the fibers prepared by the crushing process again in a centrifugal net mesh,

The fiber obtained by the long fiber separation process 140 for separating at least 10 cm of long fibers from the defiber completed fiber is made of rope, and the mesh is continuous with the weft and the warp. The mesh is horizontal X length = (20 mm to 80 mm). A range of X (20-80 mm) is suitable. Here, the length of the mesh can be changed depending on the shape or environment of the plant to be planted, and in most cases, the riparian plant is not a sacred tree, and the width of the mesh is determined so that it does not interfere with growth through the mesh.

In the present invention, the growth layer (b) is a 10 to 50 mm thickness of the fiber yarn produced by the above-described process. It becomes entangled with the sand and prevents the shaking and the robbery of vegetation plants caused by running water. The lamination thickness of the growth layer varies depending on the type of plant to be planted, and no special limitation on the thickness is necessary. That is, when the root structure of the plant to be planted grows thicker than the above-described lamination thickness, the lamination thickness is appropriately increased to optimize the environment of the plant to be planted.

Another feature of this paper is to mix fertilizers and pesticides in the growth layer so that no further fertilization or weeding is necessary. The fertilizers or pesticides to be used are selected and used depending on the location and vegetation plant to be installed and need not be particularly limited.

The base layer (C) installed in the lower part of the present invention becomes a basic structure capable of withstanding various physical and chemical impacts on the water surface, so that it is stable to corrosion and does not interfere with plant growth at all. In particular, the size of the mesh is configured in the form of the same or smaller than the above-described network layer.

In the present invention, the connecting fiber yarn (1) is a cross-linking role that can withstand the flow of water and various physical shocks by fastening the above-mentioned mesh layer (A), growth layer (B) and base layer (C) integrally with each other. To do. Synthetic fiber yarns are mainly used so that these layers can withstand long term. It is also possible to use a mixture composed of a mixture of natural fiber yarns, and may be composed of natural fiber yarns if the place to be installed is not necessary for long-term structural maintenance.

Another feature of the present invention is to induce the growth of vegetation plants for a period of time as shown in Figure 3 consisting of the network layer, growth layer, base layer as shown in Figure 3 to use the vegetation plant growth and the vegetation mat integrally. That is, as the vegetation plant 5 penetrates the growth layer and the stem is exposed to the outside, the root portion 6 provides a vegetation mat intertwined with the growth layer and the base layer.

In this case, it is the most convenient way because the recording process is completed by simply loading it on the necessary site without any additional processing work.

Another feature of the present invention is to configure the growth layer and the base layer in a multi-layer as shown in FIG. That is, according to the root length of the plant to be planted, the wetland to be planted, the soil type of the water, etc. can be configured in multiple layers as described above to induce more robust swelling or rich swelling. The number of layers is not a problem even if it consists of several layers, and it is selectively configured according to the situation of the site or the type of vegetation.

The present invention is difficult to induce early growth of natural vegetation such as riversides, lakes, coastal landfills, and sapphires. In particular, vegetation grows well-grown vegetation in the reality that native plants disappear due to invasion of foreign plants. The suitable porous growth layer, the mesh layer, and the base layer, which hold it, are supplied integrally, so that the vegetation grows quickly and stably, creating a desirable ecological environment in only 2 or 3 months in summer.

In addition, since the growth layer or network layer used is a natural substance, it corrodes itself to become organic fertilizer, and since the corrosion period takes at least 2 or 3 years, when vegetation plants can create a stable ecological environment in 2 or 3 years. The growth environment is maintained until.

In addition, if various fertilizers or holmones are mixed with the growing layer as needed, there is no need for a lot of labor and time consuming work such as a separate fertilization or weeding work. There is an advantage that will be.
