Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 청색 전계발광 고분자:[화학식 1]상기 식에서,Ar은 탄소수 6∼26의 방향족기(aromatic group), 또는 이종원자가 방향족 고리에 포함된 탄소수 4∼20의 헤테로방향족기(heteroaromatic group)로서, 상기 방향족기 또는 헤테로방향족기에는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼12의 알콕시기 또는 -N(R')(R")(R'과 R"은 서로에 관계없이 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기임)가 하나 이상 치환가능하고;X는 O, CH2또는 S이며;R은 H, 또는 탄소수 1∼12의 선형 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼12의 가지형 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1∼12의 알콕시기 또는 탄소수 3∼12의 고리형 알킬기, 또는 탄소수 6∼14의 방향족기로서, 상기 방향족기에는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 -N(R')(R")(R'과 R"은 서로에 관계없이 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기임)가 하나 이상 치환가능하고;n은 0.01~0.99의 실수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 Ar 단위가 하기 화학식 2 및 3로 표시되는 그룹으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나의 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 전계발광 고분자:[화학식 2][화학식 3]상기 화학식 2 및 3에서, R1, R2,R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 -N(R')(R")(R'과 R"은 서로에 관계없이 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기임)이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 Ar 단위가 알킬플루오렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 전계발광 고분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자의 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 1만 내지 20만이고, 분자량 분포(MWD)가 1.5 내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 전계발광 고분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 4로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 전계발광 고분자.[화학식 4]상기식중, n은 0.01~0.99의 실수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 5로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 전계발광 고분자.[화학식 5]상기식중, n은 0.01~0.99의 실수이다.
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기막을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기막이 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 청색 전계발광 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
