Claims (6)
- 속이 비어 있고 0.2∼500마이크론의 입자크기를 갖는 구형의 세라믹 안료 5∼25중량%; -40∼10℃의 유리전이온도 및 30∼60중량%의 고형분을 갖는 스타이렌-아크릴계 합성수지 에멀젼 15∼50중량%; 착색 및 체질 안료 1∼20중량%; 물 1∼60중량%; 및 보조제 0.05∼20중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 단열 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도료 조성물은 30∼70중량%의 고형분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스타이렌-아크릴계 합성수지 에멀젼은 유리전이온도가 -40∼0℃이고 입자크기가 50∼130나노미터인 스타이렌과 유리전이온도가 0∼10℃이고 입자크기가 150∼600나노미터인 아크릴산 유도체를 1:9∼9:1의 혼합비로 공중합시켜 제조된 에멀젼인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 단열 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구형의 합성수지 에멀젼의 입자는 액상에서는 물로 채워져 있고, 건조시에는 입자 내부에 기공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 단열 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스타이렌-아크릴계 합성수지 에멀젼 및 구형의 합성수지 에멀젼의 피막형성 최소온도는 5∼50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 단열 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 단열 도료 조성물을 소재의 표면에 코팅한 후 건조시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열재.
