Claims (5)
- 유체관 사이에 끼워져 결합되는 관형의 밸브몸체(10)와, 상기 밸브몸체(10)의 내부 유체통로를 개폐하는 제 1디스크(12)와, 상기 제 1디스크(12)의 외주면과 상기 밸브몸체(10) 내주면 사이를 밀폐하기 위해 설치된 제 1밸브시트(13)와, 상기 제 1디스크(12)의 상하에서 직경방향 양단을 지지하여 상기 제 1디스크(12)를 회전시키는 회전축(11)과, 상기 밸브몸체(10)의 상부에 구성되어 상기 회전축(11)을 구동시키는 제 1조작레버(21)를 포함하는 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서,상기 제 1디스크(12) 직경을 상하로 관통하여 상기 회전축(11)과 연결되는 통로(17);상기 통로(17)의 내부를 관통하여 상기 회전축(11)에 삽입되는 스템(14);상기 스템(14)의 회전에 의해 상기 통로(17) 내에서 상하 이동하여 개폐되는 제 2디스크(15);상기 제 2디스크(15)의 외주면과 상기 제 1디스크(12)의 내주면 사이를 밀폐하기 위해 설치 고정된 제 2밸브시트(16); 및상기 밸브몸체(10)의 상부에 구성되고, 상기 스템(14)으로부터 연장되는 제 2조작레버(22)를 포함한 소형 게이트 밸브를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1조작레버(21)는 웜(25)과 연결되어 회전축기어(24)를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2디스크(15)는 U자 형인 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2조작레버(22)는 웜기어로 연결되어 상기 스템(14)을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
- 유체관 사이에 끼워져 결합되는 관형의 밸브몸체(10)와, 상기 밸브몸체(10)의 내부 유체통로를 개폐하는 제 1디스크(12)와, 상기 제 1디스크(12)의 외주면과 상기 밸브몸체(10) 내주면 사이를 밀폐하기 위해 설치된 제 1밸브시트(13)와, 상기 제 1디스크(12)의 좌우로 직경방향 양단을 지지하여 상기 제 1디스크(12)를 회전시키는 회전축(11)과, 상기 밸브몸체(10)의 측면에 구성되어 상기 회전축(11)을 구동시키는 제 1조작레버(21)를 포함하는 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서,상기 제 1디스크(12) 직경을 좌우로 관통하여 상기 회전축(11)과 연결되는 통로(17);상기 통로(17)의 내부를 관통하여 상기 회전축(11)에 삽입되는 스템(14);상기 스템(14)의 회전에 의해 상기 통로(17) 내에서 좌우로 이동하여 개폐되는 제 2디스크(15);상기 제 2디스크(15)의 외주면과 상기 제 1디스크(12)의 내주면 사이를 밀폐하기 위해 설치 고정된 제 2밸브시트(16); 및상기 밸브몸체(10)의 측면에 구성되고, 상기 스템(14)으로부터 연장되는 제 2조작레버(22)를 포함한 소형 게이트 밸브를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브
