Claims (29)
- (a) 프로필렌 결정화도로부터 유도된 110℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는, 프로필렌 및 임의로 에틸렌 및 C3내지 C20α-올레핀 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체의 제 1 중합체; 및(b) 8 이상의 MLRA/ML 비 및 약 74 내지 약 95몰%의 에틸렌 함량을 갖는, 에틸렌 및 1종 이상의 C3내지 C20α-올레핀으로 구성된 제 2 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 12J/g 이상의 결정화 엔탈피를 갖는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,-5℃ 이하의 연성-취성 전이 온도를 갖는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 중합체가 프로필렌 공중합체인 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 1종 이상의 비공액 디엔 공단량체를 추가로 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 100J/g 이하의 결정화 엔탈피를 갖는 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 EPDM(에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 삼원공중합체)인 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,블렌드중의 모든 중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 상기 제 1 중합체가 95 내지 50중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 제 2 중합체가 5 내지 50중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,에틸렌 및 임의로 C3내지 C20α-올레핀 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체의 결정질 중합체인 제 3 중합체를 20중량% 이하로 추가로 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 단독중합체인 중합체 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 중합체가 에틸렌 및 1종 이상의 C3내지 C8α-올레핀의 공중합체인 중합체 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,에틸렌 및 C3내지 C20α-올레핀 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체 및 임의로 비공액 디엔의 추가의 비결정질 또는 반결정질 중합체를 20중량% 이하로 추가로 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,염료, 안료, 충전제, 가소제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 활석, 가공보조제 또는 이들의 조합과 같은 첨가제 효과량을 추가로 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 76 내지 90몰% 범위의 에틸렌을 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물로부터 제조된 성형 제품.
- (a) 프로필렌 결정화도로부터 유도된 110℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는, 프로필렌 및 임의로 에틸렌 및 C3내지 C20α-올레핀 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체의 제 1 중합체; 및(b) 8 이상의 MLRA/ML 비 및 약 74 내지 약 95몰%의 에틸렌 함량을 갖는, 에틸렌 및 1종 이상의 C3내지 C20α-올레핀으로 구성된 제 2 중합체를 용융 블렌딩하는 것을 포함하는, 펠렛화 성분으로부터 열가소성 탄성중합체 블렌드 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 12J/g 이상의 결정화 엔탈피를 갖는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 -5℃ 이하의 연성-취성 전이 온도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 중합체가 폴리프로필렌 공중합체인 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 1종 이상의 비공액 디엔 공단량체를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 100J/g 이하의 결정화 엔탈피를 갖는 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 EPDM인 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,블렌드중의 모든 중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 상기 제 1 중합체가 95 내지 50중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 제 2 중합체가 5 내지 50중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,에틸렌 및 임의로 C3내지 C20α-올레핀 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체의 결정질 중합체인 제 3 중합체를 20중량% 이하로 블렌딩하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 중합체가 폴리에틸렌 단독중합체인 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 중합체가 에틸렌 및 1종 이상의 C3내지 C8α-올레핀의 공중합체인 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,에틸렌 및 C3내지 C20α-올레핀 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 공단량체 및 임의로 비공액 디엔의 추가의 비결정질 또는 반결정질 중합체를 20중량% 이하로 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,염료, 안료, 충전제, 가소제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 활석, 가공보조제 또는 이들의 조합과 같은 첨가제 효과량을 상기 중합체 조성물로 블렌딩하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체가 76 내지 90몰% 범위의 에틸렌을 포함하는 방법.
