Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (A) 연료(1)를 기체상 산화제(4)와 접촉시키고 기체상 산화제의 일부를 이용하여 연료(1)를 연소시켜 기체상 산화제를 함유하는 고온 연소 기체 혼합물을 생성하고,(B) 노즐(6)을 통해 고온 연소 기체 혼합물을 통과시켜 일정한 흐름을 갖는 고속 연소 기체 혼합물을 형성하며,(C) 일정한 고속 흐름의 연소 기체 혼합물을 난연성 유체(8)의 흐름과 접촉시키고, 일정한 고속 흐름의 연소 기체 혼합물과의 접촉에 의해 상기 유체 흐름의 상당 부분을 분무하고,(D) 일정한 고속 흐름의 연소 기체 혼합물의 기체상 산화제와의 반응에 의해 분무된 유체를 연소시키는 것을 포함하는 난연성 유체의 연소 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고온 연소 기체 혼합물이 300℉ 이상의 온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 연소 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고속 연소 기체 혼합물과 접촉하는 유체가 1 센타푸아즈 이상의 점도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 연소 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 난연성 유체가 폐기 유체임을 특징으로 하는 연소 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 난연성 유체가 통상의 연료를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연소 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 난연성 연료가 고온 고속 기체상 산화제를 이용하여 단지 일부만이 연소됨을 특징으로 하는 연소 방법.
- (A) 고온 연소 기체 쳄버(3), 고온 연소 기체 쳄버(3)로 연료(1)의 비-펄싱 흐름을 공급하는 수단(2) 및 고온 연소 기체 쳄버(3)로 기체상 산화제(4)의 비-펄싱 흐름을 공급하는 수단(5),(B) 분무 쳄버(7) 및 분무 쳄버(7)로 난연성 유체(8)를 공급하는 수단(9),(C) 고온 연소 기체 쳄버(3)로부터 일정한 흐름의 유체를 수용하고 분무 쳄버(7)로 일정한 흐름의 유체를 배출하기 위해 배치된 노즐(6), 및(D) 분무 쳄버와 흐름 연통되는 연소 구역(18)를 포함하는 난연성 유체의 연소 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 노즐이 수렴 노즐(6)임을 특징으로 하는 연소 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 분무 쳄버(7)로 유체를 공급하는 수단이 노즐의 배향과 실질적으로 수직으로 배향됨을 특징으로 하는 연소 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 고온 연소 기체 쳄버(3) 및 분무 쳄버(7)의 하나 이상이 원통형임을 특징으로 하는 연소 장치.
