Abstract
본 발명은 인쇄시 양음각을 표현하기 위해 사용되는 기존방법의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 방법과 재료사용법에 관한 발명으로 더욱 상세하게는 도1과 같이 알미늄박판의 양면에 포리재료등의 인쇄용 원단을 합포하여 재작된 합포된원단을 사용하여 프레스 가압전의 열처리과정을 줄이고 양음각의 표현을 극대화하기 위한 방법이다.The present invention relates to a method for improving the problems of the existing method used to express the positive angle during printing and a method of using the material. 본 발명은 도1 의 공정에 따라 작업하게 된다. 도2의 그림과 같이 알미늄박판양면(0.25mm사용시 가장 뛰어나다.)에 포리계열의 인쇄용 원단을 합포하여 그 위에 인쇄를 하면 알미늄과 달리 포리계열의 재료는 인쇄 고착을 위한 열처리 공정이 필요 없게 되며 중간 알미늄 박판의 영향으로 포리재료는 가지지 못하는 우수한 양음각의 표현이 가능하며 마지막 도3 과 같은 에폭시 작업시에도 불량률이 현저히 떨어지게 된다.The invention works according to the process of FIG.
