Claims (10)
- 전사된 정보를 확대시켜 재생신호를 크게하는 재생층과 특정온도에서 기록된 정보를 상기 재생층에 전사하는 기록층을 구비한 광자기 기록매체에 있어서,상기 재생층과 기록층 사이에 형성되고, 노블 메탈의 재질에 의해 구성된 상자성 유전체층을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상자성 유전체층 사이에 형성되고, 상온에서는 수평 자기 이방성을, 특정온도에서는 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 상기 기록층에 기록된 정보를 전사받아 상기 재생층으로 전사하는 중간층을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 Gdx(FeCo)y(여기서, x는 26∼40, y는 60∼74)으로 이루어지거나 또는 자성층과 비자성층이 적층된 초격자 다층박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 초격자 다층박막은 자성층 1층 이상이면서 비자성층 3층 이하이거나,비자성층 2층 이상이면서 자성층 2층 이상의 수평자기 이방성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 자성층은 Co, Fe, Ni 중 어느 하나 또는 그들의 합금이고, 비자성층은 Pt, Pd, Ag, Au 중 어느 하나 또는 그들의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 TbFeCo으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 재생층은 GdFeCo으로 이루어거나 또는 자성층과 비자성층이 적층된 초격자 다층박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 초격자 다층박막은 자성층과 비자성층을 적층한 구조를 갖는 것으로 이들은 수평 혹은 수직 자기 이방성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 자성층은 Co, Fe, Ni 중 어느 하나 또는 그들의 합금이고, 비자성층은 Pt, Pd, Ag, Au 중 어느 하나 또는 그들의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 노블 메탈은 Pt, Pd, Au, Ag 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
