Claims (2)
- 안테나를 통해 송신하려는 신호를 증폭하는 신호 증폭부와;상기 신호 증폭부가 동작할 수 있도록 동작 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급부와;상기 신호 증폭부에 의해 증폭된 신호에 따른 전류의 크기를 감지하여 상기 신호 증폭부에서 증폭된 신호의 크기를 감지하는 신호 감지부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 증폭 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전원 공급부는 커런트 미러(Current mirror)로 이루어지고,상기 신호 감지부 및 신호 증폭부가 상기 커런트 미러에 연결되어 상기 신호 감지부에서 상기 신호 증폭부에 흐르는 전류의 크기를 감지함으로써, 상기 신호 증폭부에서 증폭된 신호의 크기를 감지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 증폭 모듈.
