- 박테리아의 선택 표지 유전자를 제거하고 박테리아의 자동복제서열과 항생제 내성 유전자를 남겨 놓은 박테리아용 벡터 안에, 캔디다의 자동복제서열 발현에 필요한 최소 서열, 선택 표지 유전자의 발현에 필요한 최소 서열 및 박테리아용 벡터로부터 유래한 다중 클로닝 부위만이 삽입되어 크기를 최소화한 재조합 벡터
- 제 1항에 있어서, 박테리아용 벡터는 pUC18이며, 자동복제서열 발현에 필요한 최소 서열은 서열번호 1이며, 선택 표지 유전자는URA3이고 상기 유전자의 발현에 필요한 최소 서열은 서열번호 2이며, 다중 클로닝 부위는 박테리아용 벡터 pBluescriptⅡKS(+)로부터 얻음을 특징으로 하는 재조합 벡터
- 제 2항에 있어서, 자동복제서열의 BamHⅠ부위와 두 개의 PstⅠ부위,URA3유전자의 EcoRⅠ부위와 XbaⅠ부위가 모두 불활성화됨을 특징으로 하는 재조합 벡터
