Claims (20)
- a. 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩, 그리고b. 제 1 홀로그래픽과 상관된 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩은 제 1 시야계에 해당하고, 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩은 제 2 시야계에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 1 시야계가 우측 시야계이고, 제 2 시야계가 좌측 시야계인 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 각각의 홀로그래픽 레코딩이 지정 폭인 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 지정 폭이 대략 2.5인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩은 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩과 조합되어 이용시 3차원 효과를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램.
- 3차원 홀로그래픽 액정 디스플레이 시스템으로서,a. 배광,b. 제 1 도파관 홀로그램,c. 액정 디스플레이, 그리고d. 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩에 서로 상관된 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 가진 제 2 도파관 홀로그램으로서, 상기 제 2 도파관 홀로그램이 상기 제 1 도파관 홀로그램과 액정 디스플레이 사이에 놓이는 특징의 제 2 도파관 홀로그램을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 홀로그래픽 액정 디스플레이 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 배광 및 제 1 홀로그램 사이에 위치하는 마이크로-컬리메이터 어레이(micro-collimator array)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 홀로그래픽 액정 디스플레이 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 배광이 컬리메이팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 홀로그래픽 액정 디스플레이 시스템.
- 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법으로서,a. 제 1 위치에서 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 형성하고, 그리고b. 제 2 위치에서 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 형성하며, 이때 상기 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩이 상기 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩에 상관되는,이상의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 형성하는 상기 단계는,- 에멀전과 인덱싱 유체로 코팅된 기판 위의 제 1 위치에 포토리소그래피 마스크를 위치시키고,- 대응하는 제 1 위치에 시야 영역 마스크를 위치시켜서 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 형성하는이상의 과정을 추가로 포함하고, 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 형성하는 상기 단계는,- 에멀전과 인덱싱 유체로 코팅된 기판 위의 제 2 위치에 포토리소그래피 마스크를 위치시키고,- 대응하는 제 2 위치에 시야 영역 마스크를 위치시켜서 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 형성하는이상의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 제 1 위치는 우측 시야계에 해당하고, 제 2 위치는 좌측 시야계에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 포토리소그래피 마스크는 동일 간격의 일련의 라인을 포함하고, 지정 라인들이 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 마스킹하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 각각의 라인은 표준 화소의 폭과 같은 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 각 라인의 폭이 200~300 미크론 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 시야 영역 마스크는 지정 거리만큼 이격되는 일련의 블랙 아웃(blacked out) 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 지정 거리가 2.5인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 에멀전층이 은할로겐 화합물(silver halide)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상관된 도파관 홀로그램 마스터를 제작하는 방법.
- 3차원 홀로그래픽 액정 디스플레이 시스템의 제작 방법으로서,a. 제 1 도파관 홀로그램을 제공하고,b. 제 2 홀로그래픽 레코딩과 서로 상관된 제 1 홀로그래픽 레코딩을 가지는 제 2 도파관 홀로그램을 제공하며,c. 배광과 액정 디스플레이를 제공하고, 그리고d. 상기 배광과 상기 액정 디스플레이 사이에 상기 제 1 도파관 홀로그램과 상기 제 2 도파관 홀로그램을 배열하여, 상기 제 1 도파관 홀로그램이 상기 배광에 인접하게 정렬되도록 하고 상기 제 2 도파관 홀로그램이 상기 제 1 도파관 홀로그램과 상기 액정 디스플레이 사이에 배열되는단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 홀로그래픽 액정 디스플레이 시스템의 제작 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 배광 및 상기 제 1 홀로그램 사이에 마이크로-컬리메이터 어레이를 위치시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 홀로그래픽 액정 디스플레이 시스템의 제작 방법.
