Claims (20)
- 전분, 전분 유도체, 또는 펄프 분말 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 천연 고분자 물질 30 내지 95중량%, 폴리비닐알코올, 탄산칼슘류 또는 검류 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 강도 보강제 0.1 내지 30중량%, 지방산 에스테르류, 유지류 또는 스테아린산 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 이형제 0.1 내지 20중량%, 및 아교 또는 젤라틴 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 점착제 0.1 내지 15중량%를 함유하는 생분해성 플라스틱 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연고분자 물질의 양이 상기 생분해성 플라스틱 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 40 내지 80중량%인 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 고분자 물질 중 상기 전분의 양이 천연 고분자 물질의 총중량을 기준으로 10 내지 80중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 고분자 물질 중 상기 전분 유도체의 양이 천연 고분자 물질의 총중량을 기준으로 5 내지 50중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연고분자 물질 중 상기 펄프 분말의 양이 천연 고분자 물질의 총중량을 기준으로 10 내지 60중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연고분자 물질이 옥수수, 감자, 타피오카, 고구마, 밀, 쌀 및 곡류등 각종 식물로부터 추출한 전분, 전분을 변성처리한 변성전분, 목재펄프, 탈묵펄프, 포테이토 펄프, 소맥분, 옥수수 파이버, 마, 볏짚, 콩껍질, 옥수수대, 쌀겨등의 비목재 펄프, 목분, 폐지, 종이펄프, 재생펄프 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강도 보강제 중 상기 폴리비닐알코올의 양이 강도 보강제 총중량을 기준으로 10 내지 70중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강도 보강제 중 상기 탄산칼슘류의 양이 강도 보강제 총중량을 기준으로 20 내지 60중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강도 보강제 중 상기 검류의 양이 강도 보강제 총중량을 기준으로 20 내지 60중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강도보강제가 폴리비닐알코올, 방해석, 빙주석, 선석, 석회암, 대리석, 백악 등으로 만들어진 중질탄산칼슘, 이산화탄소를 태워 넣어 침강시켜 만들어진 경질탄산칼슘, 패각, 난각 등을 잘게 부수어 만든 호분, 잔탄검, 구아검, 젤란검, 아라비아검, 카라기난 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형제 중 지방산 에스테르의 양이 상기 이형제 총중량을 기준으로 20 내지 80중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형제 중 상기 유지류의 양이 이형제 총중량을 기준으로 10 내지 60중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형제 중 스테아린산의 양이 이형제 총중량을 기준으로 10 내지 60중량%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형제가 지방산 에스테르, 대두유, 팜유, 올리브유, 면실류등의 식물유, 우지, 돈지등의 동물유, 스테아린산 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산 에스테르가 글리세린 지방산에스테르, 글리세린 초산-지방산에스테르, 글리세린 젖산-지방산 에스테르, 글리세린 구연산-지방산에스테르, 글리세린 숙신산-지방산에스테르, 글리세린 디아세틸 타르타르산-지방산에스테르, 폴리글리세린 지방산에스테르, 소르비탄 지방산에스테르, 자당 지방산에스테르, 프로필렌글리콜 지방산에스테르 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제의 양이 상기 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 7중량 %인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 15 내지 55%의 수분을 더 포함하는 조성물.
- (A) 전분, 전분 유도체, 또는 펄프 분말 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 천연 고분자 물질; 폴리비닐알코올, 탄산칼슘류, 또는 검류 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 강도보강제; 식물성 유지, 지방산 에스테르, 또는 스테아린산 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 이형제; 젤라틴, 또는 아교 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 점착제를 고속 혼합기(350rpm 이상)로 혼합하는 단계;(B) 상기 (A)의 혼합물에 물을 그대로 또는 스프레이하여 첨가하고 고속혼합기에서 350∼700rpm으로 혼합하는 단계; 및(C) 상기 (B)의 혼합물을 통상의 열압축성형기에 넣어 150∼250℃에서 10∼60초간 성형하여 생분해성 용기를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 생분해성 플라스틱 용기를 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, (D) 지방족폴리에스테르 용해액을 사용하여 딥핑법 또는스프레이법으로 1회 내지 수회 코팅 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 생분해성 플라스틱 용기를 제조하는 방법.
- 전분, 전분 유도체, 또는 펄프 분말 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 천연 고분자 물질 30 내지 95중량%, 폴리비닐알코올, 탄산칼슘류 또는 검류 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 강도 보강제 0.1 내지 30중량%, 지방산 에스테르, 유지류 또는 스테아린산 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 이형제 0.1 내지 20중량%, 및 아교 또는 젤라틴 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 점착제 0.1 내지 15중량%를 함유하는 생분해성 플라스틱 조성물로 제조된 생분해성 플라스틱 용기.
