Claims (10)
- 화학식 2의 2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조산을 할로겐화제와 반응시켜서(화학식 2)화학식 3의 산 염화물을 얻는 단계를 포함하며,(화학식 3)유기 염기의 존재하 적당한 용매내에서 하기 화학식 7의 3,3-디알킬 아미노 아크릴레이트의 알킬 에스테르와의 반응시에(화학식 7)화학식 6의 알킬 3,3-디알킬아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트를 제공하고,(화학식 6)시클로프로필아민과의 처리시에 화학식 1의 생성물이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는(화학식 1)상기 화학식 1의 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,할로겐화제는 티오닐 염화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 3,3-디알킬아미노아크릴레이트의 알킬 에스테르는 3,3-디메틸아미노아크릴레이트의 메틸 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 3,3-디알킬아미노 아크릴레이트의 알킬 에스테르는 3,3-디에틸아미노 아크릴레이트의 에틸 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용매는 방향족 용매, 염소화 용매, 에스테르 용매, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 용매는 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 클로로포름, 디클로로메탄, 디클로로에탄 메틸 아세테이트, 부틸 아세테이트, 에틸 아세테이트 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 염기는 트리에틸아민, 트리메틸아민, 피콜린, 피리딘 및 피리딘 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반응온도는 40-80℃ 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,반응온도는 50-70℃ 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬 3-시클로프로필아미노-2-[2,4-디브로모-3-(디플루오로메톡시)벤조일]-2-프로페노에이트의 제조방법.
- 퀴놀론 약제를 제조하기 위해 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 화학식 1의 화합물의 용도.
