- 하기의 염기서열 및 아미노산 서열을 갖는 섬유소 분해 효소를 분비하는 유전자 pLYH7-39(bglC).
- 하기의 염기서열 및 아미노산 서열을 갖는 자일랜 분해 효소를 분비하는 유전자 pLYH8-49(xynA).
- 하기의 염기서열을 갖는 섬유질 분해 효소를 분비하는 유전자 pLYH8-62(xynD).
- 하기의 염기서열 및 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펙틴 분해 효소를 분비하는 유전자 pLYH9-24(pelA).
- 하기의 염기서열을 갖는 세포벽 분해 효소를 분비하는 유전자 pLYH9-46(pelB).
- 청구항 3에서 언급한 유전자 pLYH8-62(xynD)로부터 분비되는 섬유질 분해효소.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5에서 언급한 유전자를 포함하는 미생물.
- 청구항 7에서 언급한 미생물을 축분과 톱밥에 적량 접종하여 부숙시켜서 된 미생물을 이용한 유기질 비료.
