Claims (11)
- 공기를 저온 증류에 의해 주로 질소와 산소로 분리되는 공기 액화 분리에 원료로서 이용되는 공기를 정제하는 장치에 있어서,공기 중에 함유되는 수분을 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제로 이루어지는 제1 흡착층과, 제1 흡착층을 경유한 공기 중의 질소 산화물 및/또는 탄화수소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제로 이루어지는 제2 흡착층을 구비한 흡착통을 가지는 흡착기를 구비하며,제2 흡착층을 구성하는 흡착제가 이온 교환가능한 양이온으로서 마그네슘을 함유하는 X형 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 흡착층을 구성하는 흡착제와, 나트륨 X형 제올라이트의 나트륨 일부 또는 전부를 마그네슘으로 이온 교환한 흡착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 양이온 중의 마그네슘 이온 교환율이 40% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 흡착층을 구성하는 흡착제와, 이온 교환가능한 양이온으로서 마그네슘과 칼슘을 함유하는 X형 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 양이온 중의 마그네슘 이온 교환율이 5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 흡착층을 구성하는 흡착제로서, 마그네슘을 함유하는 X형 제올라이트를 대신하여, 이온 교환가능한 양이온으로서 칼슘과 마그네슘을 함유하는 A형 제올라이트를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 양이온 중의 마그네슘 이온 교환율이 5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 흡착층과 제2 흡착층 사이에, 공기 중의 이산화탄소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제로 이루어지는 제3 흡착층이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 장치.
- 공기를 저온 증류에 의해 주로 질소와 산소로 분리하는 공기 액화 분리에 원료로서 이용되는 공기를 정제하는 방법에 있어서,공기 중에 함유되는 수분을 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제로 이루어지는 제1 흡착층과, 제1 흡착층을 경유한 공기 중의 질소 산화물 및/또는 탄화수소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제로 이루어지는 제2 흡착층을 구비한 흡착통을 가지는 흡착기를 구비하며, 제2 흡착층을 구성하는 흡착제가 이온 교환가능한 양이온으로서 마그네슘을 함유하는 X형 제올라이트인 정제 장치를 이용하며,원료 공기 중의 수분을 제1 흡착층에서 흡착 제거한 후, 이 공기 중의 질소 산화물 및/또는 탄화수소를 제2 흡착층에서 흡착 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제2 흡착층에서 이산화탄소를 흡착 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1 흡착층과 제2 흡착층 사이에, 공기 중의 이산화탄소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제로 이루어지는 제3 흡착층이 설치된 정제 장치를 이용하여, 제1 흡착층을 경유한 공기 중의 이산화탄소를 제3 흡착층에서 흡착 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 액화 분리용 공기의 정제 방법.
