Claims (1)
- 밀도 500-800을 갖는 섬유질의 합판으로 이루어짐과 더불어 평면, 3차원곡면, 2차원곡면을 피사면으로 하는 MDF(1);와상기 MDF(1)의 표면에 에폭시, 아크릴, 우레탄, 에나멜, 멜라민, 폴리에스틸, 알키트 수지 중에 선택된 유성 및 수성 도장제로 유광무색 또는 무광유색으로 도포됨으로써 MDF 수지층 피사면(2)을 이루도록 된 강화도장층(7);과상기 MDF 수지층 피사면(2)에 무늬가 인쇄될 수 있도록 인쇄층(4)을 갖는 승화열전사지(5)를 승화열전사시켜 이 승화열전사에 의해 MDF 수지층 피사면(2) 속으로 인쇄층(4)이 일정두께를 가지면서 형성된 승화열전사층(6); 및상기 승화열전사층(6)에 부착되어 승화열전사층(6)을 보호할 수 있는 시트(3);로 이루어진 승화열전사 칼라프린트 MDF.
