Abstract
The present invention relates to a weld face cutting form of a large diameter welded steel pipe constructed horizontally.
Conventional steel pipes are welded from the outside because they are processed by cutting the outer edges of the pipes regardless of size. Therefore, the lower part of the pipe becomes a difficult welding position of welding, so that the welding speed is slow and high skill is required for perfect welding. In addition, when there is an obstacle near the bottom of the pipe, welding becomes very difficult and causes defects. When welding in the basement, the ground must be dug deep for the working space.
However, if the pipe is enough to allow people to ride on the wheeled wheels, cutting the inner edge of the tube as in the present invention, it is possible to quickly and easily weld with the downward view of the welding position in the tube. You won't be disturbed by nearby obstacles and you won't have to dig deep into the soil.
Description
Since the conventional steel pipe is a method of cutting the outer edge of the welding surface regardless of the size, the cutting operation is easy, but in the case of horizontal piping, the lower side is difficult to weld the upper welding. By the way, welding is very slow, and when the working space is narrow, it can be a cause of welding failure and requires very high level of skilled welders. And when buried underground, the soil should be dug deep. Water or mud is a very poor working space.
Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to cut the inner edge in the tube so that the welding of the lower side can be welded to the lower side of the welding position instead of the upper welding position in order to solve the above problems in a large steel pipe that can be entered by people It is to provide a steel pipe that makes the welding posture when welded. An ideal tube that can fit into a sliding plate with wheels can be advantageously applied to the present invention.

The present invention is described in detail based on the drawings to achieve the above object is as follows.
1 and 2 and 4, the upper part of the tube is cut into the outer cutting surface 3 of the tube as in the prior art, and the lower part of the tube is cut into the inner cutting surface 4 in the opposite direction, For temporary welding as shown in FIG. 1 for the joint welding of the pipe, the outer cutting surface 3 and the inner cutting surface 3 and the left and right branch lines 9 of the pipe 1 installed later and the pipe 1 installed later are always in contact with each other at the same height. The cutting length of the cutting surface (4) is processed at a constant rate. If the shear bar (11) is preliminarily welded to the pipe (2) installed first and the pipe (1) is placed thereon, the lower part of the pipe can be easily welded. View below The welding surface of the steel pipe is cut in the opposite direction to each other so that the welding position can be welded in the pipe.
Since the welding of the side part is easier to weld outside the pipe than the inside of the pipe, the ratio of the cutting length of the upper part and the lower part may be lowered to some extent from the horizontal center position. Therefore, depending on the size of the tube, the length of the upper outer cutting surface 3 and the lower inner cutting surface 4 of the lower portion can be largely standardized to some extent rather than equally.
Since the bottom of the pipe is a bottom view welding posture, the welding is efficient and the welding is good even without high welding skilled workers. In the case of large pipes, the end welding in the bottom view posture from the inside is omitted. Less defects, the lower working space is no problem, and welding is performed well, even if not highly skilled workers.
