Claims (5)
- 보빈(11)의 선단에 벌브(12)가 길이방향으로 배치된 가스방전램프(10)와, 상기 가스방전램프(10)의 벌브(12) 후방을 감싸도록 배치되며 빛을 전방측으로 반사시키기 위한 구면 반사경(20)과, 상기 구면 반사경(20)의 중심부위에 고정되며 상기 가스방전램프(10)의 보빈(11)이 전후방향으로 슬라이드 이동이 가능하게 내장되는 하우징(30)과, 상기 하우징(30)내에서 상기 보빈(11)의 위치를 가변시켜 로우빔 또는 하이빔을 선택적으로 주사하기 위한 램프가변수단(50)을 갖춘 차량용 전조등에 있어서;상기 램프가변수단(50)은;상기 보빈(11)을 전방측으로 탄성 지지하도록 상기 하우징(30)에 내장된 리턴스프링(51)과,상기 보빈(51)의 후단과 인접하는 상기 하우징(30)의 후방부에 설치되는 마그네트 조립체(52)와,상기 보빈(11)의 후단부 외주에 권선되며 전원인가 시 상기 마그네트 조립체(52)와 상호 작용하여 상기 보빈(51)과 함께 상기 벌브(12)를 후진시키는 솔레노이드(53)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전램프를 갖춘 차량용 전조등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마그네트 조립체(52)는;상기 하우징(30)의 후방부에 패킹(54)을 개재하여 압입되는 링 형태의 금속커버(52a)와,상기 금속커버(52a)에 자력을 통해 부착되는 링 형태의 마그네트(52b)와,상기 마그네트(52b)의 후방면에 부착되며 자력선을 상기 솔레노이드(53)측으로 유도하기 위한 금속브래킷(52c)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전램프를 갖춘 차량용 전조등.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 금속브래킷(52c)은 상기 마그네트(52b)의 후방면에 부착되는 원반형태의 베이스부(52d)와, 상기 마그네트(52b)의 내벽과 일정한 간격을 유지하도록 상기 베이스부(52d)의 중앙부에서 돌출되게 형성된 자력선 유도부(52e)로 이루어지며;상기 자력선 유도부(52e)에는 전원공급선(70)이 인출될 수 있도록 축방향으로 중공부(52f)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전램프를 갖춘 차량용 전조등.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 마그네트(52b)의 후방부는 상기 하우징(30)의 후방부에서 외부로 노출되게 배치되며;상기 마그네트(52b)의 후방부에는 상기 마그네트(52b)와 함께 금속브래킷(52c)을 감싸 이물질 유입을 방지하기 위한 고무재질의 더스트 커버(60)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전램프를 갖춘 차량용 전조등.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 더스트 커버(60)는;상기 마그네트(52b)의 후방부 외벽을 감싸도록 결합되는 링 형태의 커버프레임(61)과,상기 커버프레임(61)에서 탄성력을 갖도록 일체로 성형되어 상기 금속브래킷(52c)을 감싸며 상기 중공부(52f)와 대응하게 인출구(63)가 형성된 탄성 커버부(62)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전램프를 갖춘 차량용 전조등.
