Description
Claims (1)
- 입사되는 태양광을 받아 기전력으로 변환시키는 태양전지(SC)와, 태양전지(SC)로부터 발생된 기전력을 충전하여 회로와 발광소자로 공급하는 축전지(B)와, 축전지(B)의 기전력이 태양전지(SC)로 역류하는 것을 방지하는 역전류방지다이오드(D)와, 주변조도(주변밝기)를 검출하여 어두워지면 회로를 동작·점멸시키는 태양광 검출제어부(A)와, 점멸회로를 갖는 발진부(C)와, 발진부(C)의 출력에 식별이 용이한 고휘도의 적색 발광소자가 복수 개로 구성된 발광부(L)와, 발광부(L)의 점멸광을 표시판(F)으로 전달하는 광섬유(PC)로 연결하여서 된 안전표시장치에 있어서 ; 태양광 검출제어부(A)의 출력에 스위칭 트렌지스터(Q1)의 베이스를 접속하고, 스위칭 트랜지스터(Q1)의 콜렉터에 발진 아이씨(IC)의 리셋단자(Reset)를 접속하고, 발진 아이씨(IC)의 트리거(TG) 단자에 발진주기를 가변할 수 있는 가변저항기(VR)와 풀업저항(R2)과 바이어스 캐패시터(C1)를 접속하고, 발진 아이씨(IC)의 전압조정단자(CV)에 캐패시터(C2)를 접속하고, 발진 아이씨(IC)의 출력단자에 증폭용 전계효과 트랜지스터(FQ)를 접속하고, 전계효과 트랜지스터(FQ)의 출력에 풀업저항이 접속된 고휘도의 적색 발광 다이로드(LED)를 복수 개 접속하여서 된 광섬유로 점멸광이 전달되는 안전표시장치.
