통상적으로 데이타 중계장치는 공작기계측에 있는 기계부 및 펀치판넬 부가RS-232C 통신을 수행하는 통신장치와 수치제어데이타의 입출력관리 및 중계장치를 종합 제어하는 주회로판와 사용자와 전송장치의 주회로판간의 인터페이스를 담당하는 조작 장치와 디스켓으로 부터 데이타의 읽기, 쓰기를 수행하는 플로피 드라이버등으로 구성되어 있는데 이러한 중계장치는 데이타중계장치에서 공작기계로 수치제어 프로그램 전송시 컴퓨터의 범용 에디터를 이용해 플로피 디스크의 수치제어 데이타를 전송장치의 메모리에 읽키게 되며 사용자가 조작키를 이용해 메모리의 수치제어데이타를 공작기계로 전송하게 된다. 또한 공작기계에서 데이타중계장치로 수치제어 프로그램 전송시는 공작기계에서 전송할 수치제어 프로그램을 선택한 후 펀치판넬을 통해 전송하고 중계장치에서 수신 받는 수치제어 데이타를 메모리에 저장하게 된다. 필요시에는 플로피디스크에 백업하여 저장하게 된다.In general, the data relay device is a communication device that performs RS-232C communication with the machine part and the punch panel on the machine tool side, between the main circuit board which controls the I / O management and relay device of numerical control data and the main circuit board of the user and the transmission device. 본 고안은 로보트를 제어하여 컴퓨터(PC)에 정해진 프로그램의 순서에 의해 제품이 공정되도록 데이타를 전송시키는 접속부속물을 나타내는 제 2도에서 보는 바와 같이 로보트측의 접속데이타 전송용 RS-422컨넥터을 통해 접속회로부(IC)내의 차동회로 (U3)은 차동 전압신호를 단일신호로 출력하고 이 출력신호를 입력받는 전압변환기(U1)는 (12V 또는 -12V)로 변환시켜 출력하며, 컴퓨터(PC)측의 데이타 전송용 RS-222를 통해 들어오는 신호를 전압변환기(U2)에 의해 (12V 또는 -12V)을 ( 5V 또는 0V)로 변환시켜 출력하게 되면 이신호를 차동회로(U4)에서 차등신호로 출력하여 전압을 안정화시키켜 출력하고, 로보트측의 접속부속물(TP)의 신호에 의해 접속회로(IC)내에 있는 발광다이오드(D1)가 점등하게 되는 데 이때 접속부속물(TP)측의 비상스위치가 해제되면 발광다이오드(D1)가 소등되어 비상상태가 해제됨을 알리게 되며 구동스위치에 신호가 입력되면 발광다이오드(D2)가 점등되어 데이타전송이 원활하게 이루어짐을 나타내게 되므로 사용자에게 접속부속물(TP)의 구동확인 및 스위치동작을 알려주게 되는 효과를 가지고 있다.The present invention controls the robot and connects it via the RS-422 connector for connection data transmission on the robot side, as shown in FIG. 2, which shows a connection accessory that transmits data so that the product is processed according to a program sequence determined by the computer.
