Abstract
본 고안은 이면층(8), 기재층(7), 백색시트층(6), 인쇄층(5), 표면층(2) 및 투명상부층(1)의 적층구조로 이루어지며, 상기 인쇄층(5)상에 레이스 형태의 섬유소재를 포함하는 레이스층(4)이 형성되고, 상기 레이스층(4)과 상기 표면층(2) 사이에 부분인쇄층(3)이 형성되어 입체적인 섬유질감 효과가 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 고안은 레이스형태의 섬유소재를 포함하는 레이스층과 그 상부에 부분인쇄층을 형성하므로써 입체적인 섬유질감을 향상시킨 바닥재에 관한 것이다.
종래의 PVC수지를 원료로 하는 바닥재는 중간에 인쇄층을 두어 원하는 문양을 얻을 수 있었으나 천연의 질감을 현출하는 데는 한계가 있었다. 특히 섬유나 직물질감을 얻기 위해서는 인쇄기술에만 의존해서는 천연질감을 갖는 데 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 인쇄효과의 한계성을 벗어나기 위하여 바닥재의 기재로 이용되는 글라스화이버내 부직포의 천연의 섬유질감을 활용하는 시도들이 있었으나 이러한 방법 역시 천연섬유 내지는 직물 소재의 질감을 현출하는 데는 여전히 많은 어려움이 따라왔다.
본 고안은 레이스형태의 섬유소재를 별도의 인쇄층과 함께 바닥재에 도입하므로써 다채롭고 입체적인 섬유질감을 얻을 수 있는 PVC를 원료로 하는 바닥재를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
본 고안에 따른 바닥재는 이면층, 기재층, 백색시트층, 인쇄층, 표면층 및 투명상부층 순의 적층구조를 가지며 상기 인쇄층 상에 레이스형태의 섬유소재를 포함하는 레이스층을 형성하고 상기 레이스층과 상기 표면층 사이에 부분인쇄층을 형성하여 제조된다.
이하 도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도에서 기재층(7)은 글라스화이버 시트 또는 부직포로 구성되고 부직포의 경우 폴리프로필렌과 같은 범용 열가소성 수지를 원료로 하며, 글라스화이버 시트 또는 부직포에 PVC졸을 함침시키므로써 형성된다. 이 기재층(7)의 상부에, 인쇄를 하기 위한 배경층으로서 PVC졸 함침 후에 백색시트를 압착시켜 백색시트층(6)을 형성한 후, 그 상부에 공지의 인쇄방법(그라비아인쇄, 전사인쇄 또는 로타리스크린 인쇄)을 이용하여 원하는 문양을 인쇄하여 인쇄층(5)을 형성한다.
상기 인쇄층(5)의 상부에 PVC졸(접착층)을 코팅한 다음 그 위에 레이스 형태의 섬유를 압착하여 합판하므로써 레이스층(4)을 형성하며, 여기에 PVC졸을 함침시켜 레이스층의 상면이 평평하게 한다. 이때, 사용되는 섬유는 천연섬유 도는 합성섬유 등으로 제조된 레이스 형태의 소재는 모두 가능하며, 접착성능을 고려할 때는 PVC를 원료로 하는 합성섬유가 바람직하다.
레이스층(4)의 상부에 공지의 인쇄방법(그라비아인쇄, 전사인쇄 도는 로타리 스크린 인쇄)을 이용하여 부분 인쇄를 하여 부분 인쇄층(3)을 형성하므로써 하단의 레이스층(4)과 인쇄층(5)이 효과적으로 배어나오도록 한다.
표면층(2)은 부분인쇄층(3)의 상부에 투명 PVC졸을 코팅하고 겔링하여 형성되며 부분인쇄층(3)을 보호하고 입체효과를 높이는 역할을 하게 된다. 이때, 투명 PVC졸에 빛의 난반사를 활용하는 장식칩(9)을 혼합 및 분산시키면 더욱 고급스런 바닥재의 질감을 얻을 수 있게 된다.
기재층(7)의 아래면에 발포제를 함유하는 PVC졸을 적층 및 발포시키므로써 이면층(8)을 형성하며, 이는 쿠션감 내지는 방음효과를 지니게 하는 역할을 하게 된다. 표면을 보호하기 위하여 공지의 자외선도료를 표면층(2)에 코팅하고 자외선 경화시키므로써 투명상부층(1)을 형성하게 된다.
이하 실시예를 통하여 본 고안을 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
밀도 50g/m2, 두께 0.3mm의 글라스화이버시트에 PVC졸을 함침시키고 백색시트를 압착한 후 160℃ 히팅드럼에서 겔링한다. 백색시트 상면에 그라비아인쇄를 실시하고 PVC졸을 코팅한 후 PVC를 원료로 하는 레이스 소재를 압착한 후 재차 PVC졸을 코팅하여 상면을 평평하게 하고 160℃ 히팅드럼에서 겔링한다. 평평하게된 레이스층 상면에 그라비아 부분인쇄를 하고 그 위에 장식칩이 분산되어 있는 PVC졸을 코팅하여 150℃ 히팅드럼에서 겔링하여 표면층을 형성한다. 표면층까지 형성된 바닥재를 터닝(turning)하여 발포제 함유 PVC졸을 코팅하고 발포오븐에서 발포시켜 이면층을 형성하고 다시 터닝하여 자외선도료를 코팅하여 본 고안의 바닥재를 완성하게 된다.
제 1 도는 레이스형태의 섬유소재를 적용한 레이스층이 형성되어 있는, 본 고안의 바닥재의 적층구조를 나타낸 단면도이다.

- 이면층(8), 기재층(7), 백색시트층(6), 인쇄층(5), 표면층(2) 및 투명상부층(1)의 적층구조로 이루어지며, 상기 인쇄층(5)상에 레이스 형태의 섬유소재를 포함하는 레이스층(4)이 형성되고, 상기 레이스층(4)과 상기 표면층(2) 사이에 부분인쇄층(3)이 형성되어 입체적인 섬유질감 효과가 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면층(2)은 빛의 난반사 효과를 활용하는 장식칩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
