Description
본 고안은 보일러의 2중 파이프에 관한 것이다. 특히 보일러의 연소실에 설치되는 수관용 파이프에, 온수관 내부에 2중으로 삽입 설치하여 외측파이프내에 순환되는 물의 양을 줄여 빠른 시간동안에 보일러의 설정온도까지 온수의 온도를 올려 순환 또는 공급할 수 있는 보일러의 2중 파이프에 관한 것이다.일반적으로 연탄, 가스, 기름보일러는 연소실에 설치되어 버너에 의하여 가열되는 수관용 파이프는 그 형태는 주로 코일 형태로 구성되어 있고 이에 버너의 열을 이용하여 수관을 가열하여 온수를 얻는 것이다.이러한 수단에 의하여 가열된 물은 파이프내(파이프의 직경을 20cm라 가정하고)의 전체에 주입된 상태이기 때문에 가열시간이 많이 소요되는 것이다. 따라서 설정온도까지 물을 가열시켜 온수를 얻기 위해서는 많은 량의 연료가 소비되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a double pipe of a boiler. 이러한 본 고안의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 실시례에의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.본 고안은 보일러의 연소실에 설치되는 수관용 파이프에 있어서 외측파이프(10)내에 2중으로 내측파이프(11)를 삽입 설치하되,합입 설치되는 내측파이프상기 내설되는 내측파이프(11)는 일정간격으로 지지구성하는 지지봉(13)에 의하여 지지되고 구성된다.상기 지지봉(13)은 도2와 같이 먼저 내측파이프(11)를 외측파이프(10)내에 삽입시킨후 외측파이프(10)의 외주연에 구멍(14)을 천공하고, 상기구멍(14)에 지지봉(13)을 삽입시킨 후 용접(15)에 의해 고정하여 설치 할수 있고 다른 실시례로는 도4와 같이 내측파이프(11)의 외주연에 지지봉(13)을 용접(15) 의해 고정시킨 후 외측파이프 (10)내에 삽입하여 설치할 수 있는 것이다이와 같이 구성되는 2중파이프(100)를 보일러의 연소실에 설치 구성하면 버너에 의해 가열되는 수관용 외측파이프(10)내측파이프(11)(예를들어 외측파이프의 직경은 20cm이고 내측파이프의 직경은 10cm로가정하면)를 삽입 설치한 상태이기 때문에 외측파이프(10)내에 주입된 물은 종래의 외측파이프에 주입되는 물의 량이 절반으로 줄어들 상태이고, 가열되는 열량은 동일한 상태로 외측파이프를 가열하므로, 이에 따라 주입되어 순환되는 물을 빠른 시간내에 가열하여 온수를 얻을 수 있으며, 또한 가열시키는 시간을 줄여 연료를 절약할 수 있는 것이다.In order to achieve the object of the present invention described by the embodiment as follows.
