Description
Claims (1)
- 폐기물을 열분해처리하기 위하여, 폐기물을 저, 고주파 유도가열에 의하여 열분해시키기 위한 열분해용융장치(C)와, 열분해용융장치(C)로부터 발생된 가스의 다이옥신을 제거하기 위한 다이옥신 처리장치(D)로 구성하며, 상기 열분해용융장치(C)는 내부에 폐가스 순환실(14)이 구비된 가열통체(12)의 외주면에 스크류팬(13)이 부착되고 가열통체(12)의 출구측에 가스유입공(15)이 형성된 가열드럼(5)을 용융통체(1)의 내부에 구비된 열분해실(6)에 회전되도록 장치하고 용융통체(1)의 단열층(7)에 저, 고주파 유도코일(8)을 감아 장치하며, 상기 다이옥신 처리장치(D)는 다이옥신처리 통체(22)의 내부에 구비된 분해실(21)에 나선형의 스크류팬(26)을 장치하고 다이옥신처리 통체(22) 외주면의 단열층(24)에 저, 고주파 유도코일(25)을 장치하여서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저, 고주파 유도가열을 이용한 폐기물 처리장치.
