Claims (4)
- 검출전류를 결정하는 저항비조절수단(30)과, NOR게이트로 구성되면서 상기 저항비조절수단(30)으로부터의 검출전류에 대한 신호를 스위칭소자 구동부(36)와 제어회로입력부(38)로 입력하는 집적회로소자(32), 이 집적회로소자(32)의 단자간에 접속되면서 과도현상의 방지를 위한 지연수단(34) 및, 상기 집적회로소자(32)로부터의 검출전류신호를 제어회로구동부(40)로 입력하는 제어회로입력부(38)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 스위칭 소자의 과전류검출회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저항비조절수단(30)은 일정 전압을 검출하는 전압검출소자(D6)와, 상기 전압에 대한 분압 기능을 수행하는 저항소자(R8,R9) 및, 다이오드(D8,D9)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 스위칭소자의 과전류검출회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지연수단(34)은 상기 집적회로(32)의 제6단자와 제10단자간에 접속되면서 다이오드(D10)와 저항(R10) 및 캐패시터(C8)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 스위칭소자의 과전류검출회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어회로입력부(38)는 베이스가 상기 집적회로(32)의 제2단자와 제4단자에 접속되고, 에미터가 발광소자(LED2)의 +단자에 접속된 트랜지스터(Q4)와; +단자가 상기 트랜지스터(Q4)의 에미터에 접속되고, -단자가 저항(R11)에 접속된 발광소자(LED2) 및; 콜렉터가 제어회로구동부(40)에 접속되고, 에미터가 B단자에 접속된 수광소자(U3)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 스위칭소자의 과전류검출회로.
