Claims (3)
- 상호 직각을 이루는 변곡부를 가지는 철강재에 있어서, 피검물의 제1,2면(11,12)에 각각 면접촉하게 될 센서블록(20)의 두 접촉면에는 각각 한쌍씩의 제1,3탐침핀(21,23)과 제2,4탐침핀(22,24)을 장착하고, 이들 탐침핀의 바깥쪽으로는 센서블록의 굴림을 위한 롤러(27)를 장착하고, 상기 센서블록(20)의 두 접촉면의 바깥쪽 탐침핀들인 제1,2탐침핀(21,22) 사이에는 계측장치(15)의 전위발생원(16)을 연결하고 안쪽 탐침핀들인 제3,4탐침핀(23,24)사이에는 상기 계측장치(15)의 전류측정기(17)를 연결하고, 상기 계측장치(15)에 의해 검출되는 변곡부에서의 균열검출 데이터는 기록계(18)에 기록저장되게 연결하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직각변곡부 균열 검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서블록(20)의 탐침핀들의 바깥쪽으로는 축핀(28)에 의해 고정되고 있는 한쌍의 롤러(27)를 장착하는 것을 특징으로하는 직각변곡부 균열 검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서블록(20)의 내에 장착되는 제1-4탐침핀(21-24)의 내측에는 시료와의 전기적 접속을 보장하기 위한 스프링(25)이 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 직각변곡부 균열 검출기.
