Claims (2)
- 튀김 요리를 하고자 사용되는 튀김장치에 있어서, 프레임(11)에 재치될 수 있도록 상단으로 절곡된 재치턱부(12)가 형성되며, 상측 내부에는 히팅부(14)가 내장되게 설치되는 튀김부(10)와, 이 튀김부(10)의 하부에는 튀김부(10)와 관통된 연결로(18)가 형성되며, 하측 내부에는 외부로 설치되는 방열부(22)와 밸브(24)가 설치된 냉각관(25)과 연결되어 다수번 절곡되어 형성되는 냉각부(26)가 내장되게 설치되고, 밑면에는 배출밸브(27)에 의하여 개폐되는 배출구(28)가 형성되는 포집부(20)로 구성되는 몸체(30)와; 상기 배출밸브(27)에는 여과부(32)와 순환펌프(34)가 설치되어 상기 튀김부(10)의 상부로 연결된 회수관(36)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 튀김부(10)의 하부와, 포집부(20)의 밑면은 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
